Well, our one week vacation is coming to a close today as we head back to West Virginia. We flew into Idaho Falls and stayed one night there before coming to Jackson and Inn on the Creek. We had never stayed at a Bed & Breakfast before and we were completely satisfied. Not only is it very peaceful to just sit along the creek and enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink, but the staff goes way above and beyond to cater to your every need. They made us feel like family! It was also very nice to meet the other guest and make friends with them and share our daily excursions with each evening. We are already planning to come back again and we would consider no where other than Inn on the Creek for our accommodations. The other places we have stayed on this trip do not compare to the hospitality of the Inn. Sarah, Nate, Amy, and Kasey, thank you for hosting us and welcoming us to your venue. We will be back!

Golden Eye room is at the top of the stairs to the left. There is a public deck at the top of the stairs on the right but the room itself has no view or outside space. However, we were there during a severe cold snap so relaxing outside wasn't in the cards anyway! The room is very large with a king bed, jacuzzi tub, large dresser, and 2 very comfortable chairs. The bathroom is small but adequate as long as you don't have 2 people that need to get ready at the same time. There is a full-length mirror in the bedroom.

Sara is a gem. We didn't get in until after midnight due to flight delays and Sara had left the lights and fireplace on as well as some wine. She was a wealth of information about the area and cooked an amazing breakfast every morning. The hospitality is what we appreciate most when we travel. We enjoyed talking with her and fellow guests at breakfast and for wine and cheese in the evenings.

The inn is in a great location to walk to downtown if the weather permits. The temps when we were there didn't get out of the teens and it was snowy and icy so we didn't take advantage of the location for walking. But very central to head into town or to GTNP. We had to park on the street one night because the lot was full but it was less than a block to the front door.

If we visit again, I hope it's when the weather is warmer and we can enjoy the location and outside spaces on the creek!

Our family of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids) stayed for a week at Inn on the Creek. We had the Swan studio, Swan master and Osprey rooms and it worked out beautifully as we used the studio for a gathering place. Never have we had such rave reviews from all of the family members. As everyone proclaims, it is truly 5 star! The beds are comfortable, the food was varied enough to please everyone and of excellent quality, the location is perfect (quiet, yet right off of the square, with shuttle service close by) and the family running the Inn is knowledgeable and helpful. They worked to help accommodate early morning skiers with breakfast. Anything we asked, they helped with. During the "social time" we met some lovely people from all over the world. The creek running behind the Swan studio had ducks and swans swimming in it daily and deer came down almost daily. One day a beaver was in the creek! Last year we checked out lots of options in Jackson for this trip and we made the right decision by choosing the Inn. We are so grateful to everyone working there for the memories they helped us create!

We had planned to stay elsewhere but due to COVID decided to change our plans. So glad we did! Our stay in the Heron room at Inn on the Creek was a wonderful end to our 2 week journey to the national parks. The room while small (there are other choices that are larger) did not feel cramped at all due to the entry and bathroom set up. We overlooked the beautiful creek. The location of the inn is away from the crowded streets of Jackson but we could walk to town center in 5 minutes.

I spent the day reading in the sun while my husband went fishing. Matt and Hailey were a joy to get to know and the breakfasts were wonderful. Everything was clean, masks worn. Felt very safe. Would love to be able to come back and visit again! No hesitation in recommending.

This B&B was our favorite on our 8 day Mom/Daughter roadtrip through Yellowstone & Grand Teton NP’s. After hiking and site seeing filled days it was such a treat to return to this charming inn. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and we appreciated the attention to detail... comfortable beds and pillows, in room coffee and lovely decor inspired by the beauty and history of the area. We loved the delicious, homemade breakfast served every morning and relaxing out by the creek in the evening where we were served wine and appetizers during happy hour was a perfect place to unwind after our busy day. It felt like we were far from town even though it’s a quick 5 minute walk to downtown Jackson. Nate, Hailey and Sara were wonderful hosts... quick to answer questions and provide information. We would gladly stay here again. It was almost like coming home!

We loved this B&B for its central location that was walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Jackson, hospitality by Sara, Amy, and Nathan, and food! From the homemade cookies that were put out at 4pm every afternoon (ranging from chocolate chip with toasted almonds to cinnamon orange to oatmeal raisin) to the charcuterie board with wines from 5:30-6:30 pm to the mint chocolate greeting us in the room to gourmet breakfasts in the morning (highlights included homemade granola, fruit, freshly squeezed OJ, eggs benedict with ham and chicken sausage, homemade blueberry muffin cake), we were in foodie heaven. They also gave terrific tips for some of the local restaurants as well as sunrise and sunset photo ops near Teton. The rooms had high thread count sheets, tubs for soaking with herbal salts, and fireplace.

This quaint Inn is fabulous. I don't even know where to start! From the moment we arrived the stay was perfect. The location of the Inn was perfect. A short walk into town when we wanted to be in the middle of things. A nice quiet spot to sit by the creek if you want to enjoy a good book or a glass of wine. The staff is beyond friendly. The breakfast was delicious. They were accommodating if you were leaving early for an activity, they packed breakfast to go for us. They had great suggestions of activities to do. The Inn and the rooms were very clean and the staff wore masks and required guests to do so in shared areas. There were homemade cookies in the late afternoon, followed by wine and cheese. It was quiet and homey. The beds were very comfortable. Very close to the Tetons. I highly recommend this Inn and I would 100% stay there again.

There are not enough positive words for Inn on the Creek! We stayed here September 29-30, 2020. We had the most wonderful time and experience! The staff is beyond exceptional, the food is wonderful, and the happy hour allows guests to mingle (safely distanced) and occasionally meet one another. The scenery is beautiful and is in walking distance to the main hub of downtown Jackson. Great place, would highly recommend and will be returning one day! This was the first bed and breakfast we have ever stayed at and it has made us never want to stay in a hotel again if we can help it!

My family stayed last summer at the Inn, wanting a cozy and nice bed and breakfast to stay for the week. This Inn exceeded all of our highest expectations. My father, who usually prefers newer luxury hotels, was enthralled with this amazing stay. He equally agreed he would never stay anywhere else. To put it simply, the Inn immediately makes you feel at home, which, in my view, is one of the highest, most favorable complements of any stay. This winter, my two friends from college and I stayed at the Inn for two weeks. I wanted to stay here again because I wanted to feel at home somewhere for our extended stay, and because this Inn is again, the ONLY place I would ever stay in Jackson– its the perfect place. The location is fabulous as well, since it is situated a 5 minute walk from the center square, yet is on the edge of quiet street (where there are little tourists in high seasons) near a beautiful creek. During my first stay, we opening the windows so we could hear the creek at night.

The staff are the kindest people I have ever met, who know you by name when you walk in. Every morning, the staff cooks up true, HOMEMADE and gourmet breakfast which changes every day. If you do not like what's on the day's menu, they will whip you up something different. They will also run by the grocery store for anything you might want in particular by "adding it to the grocery list." I might also mention their famous granola– It's to die for.

During my two weeks at the Inn this winter, I broke my collarbone and had to get surgery in Jackson. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, sending up three silver buckets of ice when I got home, and serving me breakfast in bed.

There are so, so many reasons why this Inn is truly the best inn Jackson that I cannot truly hit on them all. It is also hard to portray how amazing it is until YOU stay there!

We spent three nights at this excellent bed and breakfast inn. They deliver a delicious breakfast to your room every morning and they provide a delightful happy two hour (5-7p.m.) every evening. The happy hour can be enjoyed in a most relaxing setting outside by the Flat Creek (really a small river) watching ducks, geese, and other waterfowl on the creek. The rooms are extra clean and large with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff is very professional and efficient providing an excellent level of service. The Inn is very convenient to the town square of Jackson with its famous elk arches. We will definitely stay here when we return to Jackson.

Answer from InnOnTheCreek

Hello! Thanks for the question. You can fish in the creek at the back of our property. It is just a small creek but does have native trout. Most fishing occurs on the Snake River and Gros Ventre River which would be a drive. If you choose to go with a fishing guide, they will pick up and drop off at the Inn. Feel free to reach out to us with more questions- 1 (800) 669 - 9534. Thanks! Hailey, Innkeeper
