We had a lot of hiking and camera equipment in our room, and didn't feel like securing it every day, so we left the "do not disturb" sign on the door anyway, but other areas of the hotel could have used a good cleaning... I rate the hotel as "very good" on cleanliness because our room was fine, but the cleaning of the public areas of the hotel couldn't seem to keep up with the daily use...

We used The Lodge to pre book two adventures; Ecotours Grant Teton Full Day and Wyoming Stargazing... they handled our adventure requests and arrangements meticulously... Check in was seamless, professional and fast... The bathroom was huge with a grand shower, two shower heads!... Mini fridge, microwave and Keurig... Starbucks coffee pods in the room... The pool and hot tubs were clean and warm for the cool weather... The bartender made good cocktails... Two types of scrambled eggs (plain and with veggies or ham), potatoes, sausage and bacon every morning... They alternated biscuits with gravy and pancakes... There is a bagel / bread station with toppings, cereal, yogurt parfaits, fruit and Starbucks coffee and teas... the adventure tours that The Lodge will arrange pick you up and drop-off in the lobby...

...First we patiently waited a long time at the front desk while the clerk helped the man ahead of us and answered all his questions. When we stepped up to the counter she was very rude and short with us... Then we went down the first morning to their "free" breakfast... About 8am we were told they would not be making anymore biscuits and there were still 2 hrs left to go on the breakfast buffet...

...The accommodations are equivalent to a Hoiiday Inn or Hampton with the basic scrambled eggs hotel breakfast. They closed the spa prior to our arrival without notification... You would never know you were in a resort area...

This is a lovely hotel situated one mile from the centre of downtown Jackson... The free shuttle to downtown was a lovely addition and we used it both evenings that we were there... It is a buffet breakfast and the food needs to be refilled more often...

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at The Lodge at Jackson Hole... The complimentary breakfast was delicious (which is not always true at hotels)... Our teenage sons enjoyed the pool... Overall, the location is great, located close to downtown Jackson, the airport, and Grand Teton NP...

Its central location in town made it easy to get around. The facility was clean and the breakfast buffet was great... We had an event at the Convention center across the street so it was very easy to get back and forth between the hotel and the event...

The Lodge was the perfect home base for our family ski vacation. We started each day with a plentiful hot breakfast Buffett and ended the day in the hot tub and pool... Bonus that each room had a microwave and refrigerator... Some nights we dined out and others we ordered delivery to eat poolside... On our snowmobiling adventure day we ordered boxed lunches from the hotel that were excellent...

The Lodge at Jackson Hole was excellent. Close enough to town square and all surrounding shops and restaurants... The breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious and had a wide variety of food... The room was spacious and equipped with a microwave and refrigerator which was such a bonus...

Excellent service the entire trip. Our room was large with a small couch and fireplace... The fireplace was nice when you came in from a day in the cold or from the outside hot tub... Breakfast was included with your stay and what a spread... The lounge was open at 4 daily and while service was a little slow the prices were reasonable and the food was delicious... I have always wanted to sit in a hot tub in the snow and the experience was great, just watch for ice on the walkway to and from the hot tub... Although the hotel is not within walking distance to town, at least in the winter time, the hotel provided a shuttle to town and all of the drivers were prompt and courteous...

Where you stay, what you eat, and what you do are the big three considerations for my family when it comes to whether it was a good vacation. The Lodge is a really nice place to stay!... There are several great restaurants within walking distance (Gun Barrel, Sidewinder)... You'll find an Albertson's grocery close by... And then there is the shuttle and the Start bus system (free within the city limits)... This covers your transportation into the town square where there are many good choices for restaurants... Finally, I was blown away by the variety of excursions you can take part in and the hotel staff was able to book several of these for us!... I do wish that the hotel shuttle rant to and from the airport (like some of there other hotels doo)...

...The Lodge was service oriented from our first experience. We booked directly online and received clear emails back that our reservations were solid... We used The Lodge to pre book two adventures; Ecotours Grant Teton Full Day and Wyoming Stargazing... Check in was seamless, professional and fast... The bathroom was huge with a grand shower, two shower heads!... Mini fridge, microwave and Keurig... Starbucks coffee pods in the room... The pool and hot tubs were clean and warm for the cool weather... Two types of scrambled eggs (plain and with veggies or ham), potatoes, sausage and bacon every morning... There is a bagel / bread station with toppings, cereal, yogurt parfaits, fruit and Starbucks coffee and teas... It was hot and great to start our day with... Very fun touch, especially for children... The property was very quiet and had enough parking... Just off the main street of Jackson, we were quickly on our way to all of our outings... There is a laundry area and small snack shop...

Pros: The Lodge at Jackson Hole is conveniently located, our room was spacious, and the hotel is nicely decorated with historical photos of the area. We had a gas fireplace in our room that added a nice bit of warmth on a snowy day... The bathroom seemed to be newly redone with a large shower including a rain shower... ), it would have been nice to have a hot bath, but there are no bathtubs... (There is a communal hot tub, but I'm not a fan of them.)... I would recommend The Lodge, because we enjoyed our stay...

Such a beary nice place to stay while in Jackson... Hot tub was a special treat... Free parking was easy and convenient... Complimentary full breakfast buffet was plentiful, hot and freshly made... Easy to find and convenient location... Hotel offers a complimentary shuttle... He came right back, and then called a friend to get us a table at another restaurant...

The fireplace in our room was nice to have after a chilly night sky star viewing. The hotel has the right mix of elegance and fun wood carved wildlife statues scattered throughout the hotel... Breakfast was quick and tasty, just right for getting you out and onto your adventures for the day...
