The rooms are well done and comfortable. I would recommend it. At check-in and checkout, the guy and shorter woman are great. The average height woman with glasses just tolerates you. We thought maybe this was not such a great place until we encountered the other desk people.

I stayed for four nights and I really wanted to like the hotel. The location isn't great as it is on the outskirts of town and surrounded by strip malls. The pool looks nice in photos, but is surrounded by a parking lot. The rooms were a really good size, and the fireplaces and beds were great, but they felt very dark and the hallways had a lot of dings and ripped carpet that needed to be repaired. The breakfast was good, but no one told me there were hot options - I later overheard them telling other guests which is how I found out. That needs to be a lot more consistent. It was weird to me that the hotel barely had anyone in it, but they put me next door to the loudest family in the world and I hated hearing all their jumping around, screaming at each other, etc. When I went to check out, i wanted to split my charges between my personal card and my work card, but the man at the front desk could not have been less interested in assisting me.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. I'm sorry to hear that we provided a less than exceptional experience. While most people appreciate our location, unfortunately there isn't ever a universal consensus. We are one mile from the hustle and bustle of the town square with easy access to shopping and the ski mountains. In regards to the condition of our carpets and hallway walls, we are in agreement! Shortly after your departure we began the process of re-carpeting and renovating all of our hallways and common area's. We are extremely excited about this project and have many more scheduled. We will be completing all of our renovations during our off-seasons and have this scheduled for completion prior to this years ski season. All of our guests arriving this December will be in for a wonderful, improved experience. Lastly, I'm sorry that you felt our front desk agent wasn't more gracious in assisting you. I appreciate your feedback and will be sharing your comments with my staff.

$489 for two nights. Wasn't worth the price. We stayed in a king room with a gas fire place. It was clean except the fridge which was full of old food. Hated the shower, it had both a regular and a rain shower head which looked cool but the rain head dripped cold water on you your entire shower. The place looks awesome in pictures and is unique outside, with animals carved into its structure but make no mistake its a Best western.

I'm sorry to hear that you only had an average stay with us. We are undergoing a complete renovation of our common area's in November and early December that will dramatically improve our guests experience. This is just one of the many projects we have planned over the next couple years. I hope we get the opportunity to make a more meaningful impression on you in the future. Thank you for your feedback, we value your opinion and appreciate your comments.

The hotel was very nice and clean. However, some of the staff need to learn how to better treat their guests, especially the Latino group at the “cafeteria” and front desk. The free breakfast has changed drastically from the advertised photos. Now it’s fruit, donuts, yogurt and pre-made burritos. My husband witnessed the staff gossiping and making fun of one of the guest before him because he couldn’t understand what the staff were saying with their heavy accents and wearing a mask. After that, we needed more bottles of water so I went to the front desk. I heard a lot of laughing and goofing around at the front desk. I’m all about having fun at work but when a guest comes up, act professional! I asked for 2 bottles of water. The first girl said, “we don’t have any back here. What’s your room number and we’ll bring it to you.” I told her that we were actually walking out and wondered how long it would take. Another lady who obviously didn’t want to deal with guests at 7:30 in the morning told me “we’re out! We’re out of water. We don’t have any.” So I walked back to my room. About 3 minutes later, I guess they found some because it showed up at my door. The Latino or Spanish staff at this locations needs to learn that it’s hard to understand a different accent behind a mask. People aren’t trying to be rude when they ask you to repeat yourself so drop the making fun of people and the attitudes.

Thank you for the compliments about our property and cleanliness. I'm disappointed to hear that you felt there were a couple unprofessional encounters with our staff. Generally, our breakfast attendants are trying to be friendly and efficient in their task at hand. This includes making and providing grab and go breakfast items for 154 rooms in a timely manner so guests can quickly move through the line and start their day. It is so unfortunate that masks cover so much of our interpersonal interactions, especially if there is a small language barrier. I've known our staff in that department for many years, it would be highly uncharacteristic for them to intentionally make fun of anyone, let alone a guest. While I am positive they had the best intentions, I will address your concerns with them. In regards to your interaction with our front desk, I apologize for their lack of communication with you on a simple task. It sounds as if we had exhausted our front desk supply at the time of your request and the agent you spoke with was unaware of our storage location. I will address this with everyone in that department, along with the appropriate response to your request. Thank you for your feedback, I value your opinion.
