I have had the pleasure of staying at the Lodge at Jackson Hole the past two years that I have visited Jackson in winter. It’s my favorite place to stay! The location is convenient, as it’s in the middle of everything. There is a hotel shuttle that takes you wherever you need, except for Teton Village and the airport. However the START bus stop is right outside of the hotel. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, and the outdoor hot tub is perfect after a long day of skiing! Make sure you book here during your next stay!

We had an awesome time staying at the lodge at jackson hole! We stayed for 6 nights, and really enjoyed all the amenities it had. We went into the town square basically every day, taking advantage of the shuttle service they offered to get there. We also enjoyed the daily hot breakfast every morning. In a town as expensive as Jackson, that was a huge money saver. Everyone at the hotel was nice and gave great recommendations, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the pool/hot tub was warm and inviting. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

So cute from the outside and cozy and adorable inside. Nice little bar and a hot breakfast included. Fireplace wasn't quite as wonderful as I was hoping but still pretty to have in the room. Not sure I would spend the money to have it in our room next time. Plenty of amenities in the room and two bottles of water waiting for you (nice). Staff was very friendly and professional. Only downside is that it isn't within walking distance to shops, etc. but they offer a free shuttle service (be sure to tip your driver). No airport service provided but Lyft and Uber are available.

We liked staying at The Lodge at Jackson Hole as soon as we walked in the main Lobby. The entire place has a fantastic ambience about it. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Restaurant fares very fare and bar drinks very reasonable. Thanks for being such a welcoming place to stay.

We checked in on December 20th and stayed in room 329. Our adult kids were in 325. Following an 11 night stay I think we know the hotel pretty well and it is safe to say that it was a great place to stay for our ski trip. Our room was large and very comfortable, house keeping on a Mon Wed Fri & Sat only (Covid) but the room attendants were very obliging if you needed extra items or additional cleaning. Breakfast was satisfactory, better than originally expected but did get a bit predictable by the end of the stay! Whilst the hotel was about 1/2 a mile outside of Jackson centre, they run a free shuttle service throughout the day up till 10.30-11pm each day. This was invaluable as we were always using it and the wait times were often just a few minutes. The reception staff were also really really good. My son had a blip as we checked in as his ski passes (already paid for) went missing and he feels that there was a slight lack of ownership in finding a resolution. I got lots of great tips / ideas from the staff on the front desk and they were particularly good I needed to find a pharmacy as my wife was poorly. There is also more to the local area than initially meets the eye as recommendations for a really cool bar (within a liquor store) locally and sidewinders across the road for example. As it was so cold - sometimes it's nice not to venture too far, The Gun Barrel was practically next door, but in my opinion is overrated. poor content and presentation, high prices but certainly a nice ambiance! It was a shame the pool wasn't working but the outside hot tub was awesome after a long day skiing. I know the staff had experienced a really busy period but I think they deserved lots of credit for keeping things running smoothly. For me, next year, its a no brainer - it's the Lodge at Jackson Hole all the way. This from someone who frequently uses the Waldorf, One and Only, Langham and other top quality hotels! Well done guys, keep it up! Paul & Janette Southall
