My wife and I had a weather event add 2 additional nights in Jackson (No one seems to sympathize with us 😊). We decided to try Hotel Jackson for those 2 nights. From the time I called until we drove off 2 days later the experience was first class and wonderful. The entire staff were amazing, professional and so friendly. The rooms were pristine and well accommodated. Front desk staff, doormen, restaurant staff, housekeepers, & hotel vehicle drivers were all A+. Michel at Figs was definitely a standout. My wife and I really enjoyed talking with him at breakfast. I would highly recommend this boutique property for all of the above plus the great location to the Square and all the surrounding attractions. Will definitely consider staying at Hotel Jackson again on our next visit.
Second stay at the Hotel Jackson, 11 days total now. Staff is great! Location is great! You couldn't ask for a better spot for access to the town square, rides to Teton Village and tours, restaurants and shops.
My wife and I recently stayed here while visiting Jackson for my 40th birthday and we couldn't possibly have made a better decision in regards to a place to stay. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, the room was impeccable, and the location was within walking distance to everything the town had to offer. The shuttle to and from Jackson Hole Resort was also incredibly convenient and saved us a ton of money and hassle and riding with Jeffery was always entertaining and made the trip go by quickly. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we stepped through the doors (actually before we stepped through the doors, thank you Jim for coordinating and booking lift tickets for us over the phone after I had expressed interest and you noticed that there were only a few left). The bartender, Mag, was a pleasure to talk to and was always quick with a suggestion for a drink that you may have never tried (if you like bourbon try the Rabbit Hole). I'd also like to thank Jason for driving my wife and I to dinner in style in the hotel's Land Rover. You made me look much more successful than my W-2 says I am. If we're lucky enough to stay in Jackson again we're definitely staying here. Thank you all so much for a wonderful stay.…
Hotel Jackson was absolute perfection! It was beautifully decorated, located close to everything, and had the friendliest most helpful staff. The room was stocked with high end shampoo, lotion, soaps, and more and the nightly turndown with delicious chocolates was delightful. Breakfast downstairs at Figs was delicious and the employees were so kind. Highly recommend!!
HJ really thought of everything! Our room had everything we needed and then some. Great views, super convenient to the square and our favorite restaurant The Bunnery was only a block away! We didn’t eat at the hotel’s restaurant but it appeared nice. Staff was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend HJ!
Couldn't have been happier with location. Hotel is small but very nice. Used the free e bikes and rooftop hot tub. Loved the complimentary snacks and drinks rotating throughout the day. Highly recommend.
Hotel Jackson is top notch! The property is beautiful, clean, quiet and luxurious. Every member of staff was courteous and helpful. The valet is prompt and efficient. Everything about our stay was excellent. Hotel Jackson rivals the best hotels I've stayed at in Aspen and other high end destinations.
Awesome boutique Hotel in Wyoming. Amazing staff, rooms and dining. The entire staff was helpful and very friendly. We felt like family in a few short days. This is a must stay in Jackson. The food at Figs restaurant is the best middle eastern ever enjoyed.
This was my first time in the state of Wyoming, let alone the area of Jackson Hole. I will say, with a good amount of homework and speaking to acquaintances who have been there, this was quite the extravagant little town. Hotel Jackson came up at the top of the list in almost any research, and the images were extremely accurate. Checking in started with the Valet parking which was beyond courteous. The check-in staff and management were extremely friendly and also assisted me in an upgrade. The Miller Suite was perfect for the area. Like others have mentioned, yes rooms are smaller but in that vicinity of the town and the size of the available complex, I found the room very much worth the price. There was a balcony w/ fireplace as well as an interior decor that felt more like a spa or home bedroom than a hotel room. The bathroom was perfect in every sense and you did not want for anything at this location. Jeff was an amazing person to talk to within the lobby / outside area and all staff go beyond measure to be sure you're happy and comfortable. It was quite a nice luxurious environment for such an outdoorsy location.…
The staff are really at the core of why this hotel is excellent. They were extremely friendly, efficient, professional and helpful. The valet/doormen, front desk, housekeepers and restaurant staff all worked together to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, The coffee station in the morning was perfect for our needs and the perfect in-town location ensured that we could walk to restaurants and stores quickly and have access to anything else we needed. The only drawback to our stay and our ultimate rating was the room itself. It was small, could have used a bit more decorating (needed another chair at least so we could each have a place to sit), and we looked out at the top of a roof. For the cost of the room, this was a bit disappointing. We realize that there is not much that the hotel could do to improve the view as the in-town location virtually assured this condition, but travelers should be aware that this may be an issue.…
