Detailed Reviews
Having booked the Rusty Parrot only to get a call from them informing us of their fire and total loss, Hotel Jackson was recommended by the Parrot staff as an alternative. What a fabulous alternative it turned out to be. It’s one of the most spacious ski hotels we’ve ever stayed in with well designed space and - finally - an area to hang ski jackets and leave ski boots. Well done! Everything is super comfortable, well designed and thoughtful. The staff are simply fantastic from hauling you & your skis around every day to lovely touches like the excellent housekeeping team providing a tray for your glasses to sit in rather than leaving them on the counter. We only ate at Figs once for breakfast as there are a lot a fabulous places to eat in JH, but what we had was absolutely top notch. The location is perfect at one block from the square and we used the ‘secret’ rear entrance to nip out to The Bunnery, Hand Fire Pizza and The Merry Piglets which are then literally across the street. Really cannot praise this place highly enough and are already thinking very hard about returning next year.

This hotel is a block of town square and walking distance to practically everything. 20-30 min from Grand Teton National park. Gym is open by appointment only due to COVID which we used, very clean and has basically everything you would want for a workout. Fruit and granola bars are available to take with you every morning. Valet is available for $20 per night, they even washed the outside of our car without us asking. Definitely try Figs restaurant, delicious Mediterranean food for lunch and dinner. Try to make reservations to all restaurants before your arrival as seating is limited and the options for really good food are hard to come by. Every staff member was helpful and very kind. Very clean overall. We stayed in room 116, not sure if every room has a fireplace but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our room was also next to the back entrance which we used a lot. Room also comes with a mini fridge and a Nespresso machine.

Hi Lina! Thanks for the awesome review. It is great to hear you had a wonderful experience here at Hotel Jackson. Also great tip on reservations - town has been exceptionally busy and restaurants have more limited seating due to COVID regulations. We look forward to hosting your stay once again in Jackson Hole :)

We visited for 3 nights at end of September 2020. We had two rooms and both parties shared the same impression. We didn't quite know what to expect although we knew the reviews were excellent. The Covid 19 hotel precautions were impressive and that caught our eye before visiting and booking. Arrival late at night was very smooth and we were quickly checked in. The bell stand at this time (and valet) were extremely efficient at all times. They were great when checking out as well assisting packing our many bags. They were very courteous and assisted my wife who has a bad knee in and out of the car several times. They do have a courtesy car to take you where you want to go in Jackson and we used that service 3 times. It's quite handy in a town where parking is at a premium. The room was very clean and neat and housekeeping was exceptional. They even organized my many device wires into neat bundled pieces, put my socks in the dirty clothes bag and folded my pajamas for me. The room was quiet, the beds quite comfortable and the A/C did not make noise and was very efficient. The bathroom was neat and laid out nicely. We did eat breakfast at Figs and one dinner there and it was very well prepared and tasted excellent. The service was very efficient while observing Covid distancing. The hotel was kind enough to store some "stuff" for us for a few days after we left which helped us considerably. It was a reflect of the service first attitude at Hotel Jackson. Staying there was a grand experience and we will stay there again. We highly recommend it.

The hotel Jackson is amazing. The rooms are spotless, the service is impeccable, we spent 8 days at the hotel and felt like home. Every single person at the hotel from the owners to the cleaning staff takes such pride and thoughtfulness to make sure that each stay is great. We had an amazing time.
We were debating staying in Teton village or Jackson and took the risk of staying off mountain and could not have been happier. Everything was handled for us from excursions to ski rentals from our transportation to cookies and gingerbread houses.
Amazing stay and Fig restaurant is the freshest most delicious Lebanese food we have had.

We spent 2 nights at Hotel Jackson and had an excellent experience. First, location is perfect...within walking distance to all the downtown shops/restaurants. The hotel is beautiful, with a tasteful western decor. All hotel employees that we came in contact with were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Jackson suite, which is large and beautiful, with a great bathroom. It is on the first floor and faces the street, so there is a bit of street noise, but it didn’t bother us and was very quiet at night. There are no outdoor spaces for the restaurant, so we had breakfast room service both mornings, which was very good. The hotel takes Covid seriously and does a very thorough job of sanitizing (with UV light), and use of masks...which we appreciated. We will definitely return!

This boutique hotel is lovely, has all of the small touches that you would want for a getaway. As we wind our way cross country, we needed a splurge. This was definitely the place to do it as the service is impeccable, and every detail is attended to. We extended our stay, as we needed extra pampering.
We did not use guest services of changing linens or bed turnout as it was COVID. We did exchange our towels though and housekeeping was most generous with this. Our room was on the first floor (again no elevator was preferred during COVID), had a fireplace which made the room so cozy. There was a desk for me to do some work; a cozy corner to curl up, a comfortable chair. The bathroom was large and all of the amenities.
We did eat a delicious breakfast (at off hours) so no one was really there every day.
There is only valet parking but the attendants wear masks and gloves. We walked around a lot so did not use the car much except to go to the Grand Tetons which is near by one day. It was a wonderful stay!

We stayed at this property end of May 2021. We stayed in the Jackson Suite with adjoining second room.
Prior to our arrival, we had a last minute additional activity to the trip that the concierge assisted with arranging, all done via email.
The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The level of service exceeded that at other luxury hotels we have visited. Respect for guest safety was high.
The suite was spacious and allowed plenty of space to relax after vigorous activities. We enjoyed the hot tub on the roof, currently able to reserve for 30 min intervals.
The rooms are well equipped with a nespresso machine and kettle, half and half provided and restocked daily, water was plentiful and appreciated due to altitude, and mini-fridge. The furnishings were a comfortable modern vision of the rustic west.
The only drawback to the room was beyond control of the hotel and was some street noise, but this stopped after 10pm and early AM some delivery vehicles at 6:30am that lasted for under 2-3 min. The tradeoff for the spacious suite and comfort would have me booking this same room again. The convenience of having the connecting room, which was a 2 queen bed guest room, was also a perk of this room.
All in all, we had an excellent time at this property and would not consider staying anywhere else on future trips.

This was my first time to traveling Jackson Hole and I was debating between staying at Cloudveil and Hotel Jackson. I ultimately went with Hotel Jackson through a travel agent because I liked some of the perks that were offered, and I am soooo glad I did! From the moment I arrived, the woman at the front desk and the manager were so pleasant (Franesca and I forget the manager's name, she had blonde short hair)! As part of my perks through my travel agent, I was eligible for an upgrade upon arrival if available and I was upgraded to a premium king (would highly recommend booking the premium king because the bath tub was amazing!). The rooms were spacious, well appointed and right on point with the Western Theme (loved the gas fireplace). Best of all, by day 2 both ladies at the front desk knew my name and always went above and beyond to greet me or arrange concierge services. The bellmen and the staff in FIGS were also so sweet and engaging. The housekeeping also did an excellent job and if I left a note for something I needed (toothpaste, etc.) it was waiting for me when I returned. Definitely take advantage of the hotel's car service and shuttle service. Once I arrived, I did not have to take a taxi or ride share service once. The hotel was in excellent walking distance to everything in town (3-8 minute walk) and when I wanted to venture a little further out the car service and shuttle service was available. I also enjoyed reserving the rooftop hot tub. When I return to Jackson Hole I will definitely stay at Hotel Jackson again!

I have to start by saying that our winter trip to Jackson was one of the best trips we have ever taken. My husband and I came here for our 5 year anniversary and we wanted to do other things besides skiing and snowboarding. The best thing about this hotel (besides their staff) is their location. Everything is within a 5-10 min walking distance in town. We were picked up from our hotel for snowmobiling and dogsledding, so we didn’t need to rent a car. We had the hotel call us a private car to take us to the airport. Before arriving, I contacted the hotel to find our what activities we could do there besides the obvious skiing and snowboarding. The staff (specifically Isabelle) was attentive and replied to me quickly via email and also by phone with any questions I had. I was sent a list of activities to choose from. The hotel booked all of our activities for us and also our dinner reservations each night. When we arrived, we were checked in early and was given our itinerary. The hotel and room was modern. They have a beautiful library/sitting area next to a fireplace to wind down. Bottles of water were offered free of charge. There was always someone there to open the door to greet us each time we left and arrived. When we entered our room it was very clean and orderly; I have to mention that I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and I was impressed! The bathroom shower was very clean and the sheets on the bed were always crisp when they changed out the bedding. Robes and slippers were also offered in the room. One thing that could’ve been better was the view we had from our room. We booked a room with a view, so we faced the mountains, but were behind another business so we got to see their trash bin and other things in a small alley way from our window. The one thing we enjoyed most was the rooftop hot tub (must be reserved). It was amazing and so relaxing. On our first day there we grabbed a quick bite to eat at the hotel restaurant Figs. It was honestly one of the best dining I had while there. (We ate at Glorietta, Local, and Trio). The food at Figs was flavorful, meat wasn’t dry, and the rice was cooked perfectly. Everything we ordered was very good. Overall, we loved our trip. We hope to come back during the summer for a family trip in the future. We will be looking to book here again and would definitely recommend this place.
