This was the biggest mess I have ever been in! And I have been at some huge venues. Two roads from the freeway and the park is a long way. Once you're on the single lane road, it's a flipping mess! The ballpark entry process was a mess too. Don't know if scanners weren't working, if staff needed more training or what. The ordering process was a joke too - couldn't find a way to put the tickets in the Apple Wallet or print them. Exiting the parking lot was also a joke! No one directing traffic! Be aware - leave 2 hours before you think you should and leave the game early.

Beautiful accommodations. Everything was well done from start to finish. Scenery was also unequalled. Although it was ideal for winter, I would be excited to return in the summer. Convenient location!

My daughter booked a horseback ride last minute. We were there on vacation the last few days. She didn’t realize that we were leaving the day she booked the ride. The refused to cancel or refund her money. She’s young & made an honest mistake. The people I talked to were extremely rude & no help at all. I asked to speak to a supervisor or owner. I left several messages. No one would return my calls. They also went against their own policy & hit her account a day before the booking. We plan on visiting here again in the future. Won’t be using this business!

We stayed in one of the condo suites with 2 bedrooms. Our balcony had a full view of the Grand Teton. We had a mini refrigerator and washer/dryer that were both very handy in saving us some money since this was the second week of our vacation. The room was very comfortable, only wish it had chairs to sit and relax inside by the fire. All of the staff were amazing, attentive, kind, and helped with anything we needed. We had some trouble with the wifi access our last night and with one phone call it was fixed within 30 minutes. Pamela was so helpful in making reservations for tours and activities and helped us with our decision to extend our stay from 3 nights to 8 nights working to make sure we were able to stay in the same room. They do have a lovely pool area and a service for food for breakfast and lunch. The food was great with the limited menu. We did take 3 horseback rides at the ranch. Hannah was an amazing guide on the horseback rides and gave us really good recommendations of places to eat and things to do while we were in the area. We loved the location of the ranch up the hills just a few minutes out of Jackson. It was so quiet, not crowded, with spectacular views. It was truly a wonderful trip and stay, it was hard to come home. We will be going back!

We did the horseback ride tour with our awesome guide Sophie and loved it! The horses were so cute and well taken care of. We saw so many great views and enjoyed being in the outdoors. There were so many great views of the mountains and valley. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I enjoyed the two-hour horseback tour on a perfect sunny morning, 9-8-23. Our group included ten guests and two Wranglers, aka trail guides. I rode a horse by the name Tinsley and brought up the rear while my wife saddled Classy who rode in front of me. As we left the ranch, we headed southeast and gradually traversed up the slope allowing everyone time to adjust to their saddle, stirrups, and reins. As we neared the top the wranglers made a few small adjustments to riding equipment. We continued riding along the ridge trail and the view from the East Gros Ventre Butte was absolutely amazing. We looked down upon the town of Jackson and out towards Snow King. I could see miles of the long and winding Flat Creek, but the most amazing sight was the Teton Range. If you have never seen the Tetons, they are best described as stunning and magical peaks rising out of mountain meadows. I am 62 and I felt very safe riding with the Wranglers of Spring Creek. Would I ride with them again? Yes, Absolutely! Will your ride be as good as mine? I don’t know and you’ll never know unless you give it a try. Thank you, Spring Creek Ranch, Lady Wranglers, Tinsley and Classy. We had a wonderful ride!

Our stay at Spring Creek Ranch was truly amazing. I was admittedly rather nervous after reading so many negative reviews of SCR here on TripAdvisor. I rented the Alta Vista Mountain Villa for a multigenerational family vacation. Our party of 10 included 6 adults and 4 children, and everyone fell in love with the place. We didn't want to leave. I cannot comment on the other units because I have no experience with those, but the Alta Vista villa surpassed my expectations. The house was very clean, incredibly spacious, tastefully appointed in mountain decor, and looked even better than the pictures online, which were mostly in the wintertime and made the exterior look sort of drab. The backyard and its views were absolutely stunning and the villa itself had everything we could want. Housekeeping provided a high chair for my one-year-old and a crib was also delivered for an additional charge. We cooked a few meals there and the villa had everything we needed. We did a private horseback ride one afternoon. The views were stunning and the 7 horses in our group were all perfectly behaved for riders ranging in age from 6 to 70 years old. We visited the pool and hot tub several days and it was always clean, calm, and very enjoyable. Never crowded. A couple days we were alone and one time there was one other family there. We ordered room service once and it was all very good. SCR was in the perfect location to enjoy everything Jackson Hole had to offer. It was close to town but far enough to get the spectacular Teton views. Convenient to Grand Teton National Park. The EPIC finale to our trip was a gigantic bull moose right in our backyard on our departure day, just nibbling away at a bush while we watched him in complete awe. Thanks Spring Creek Ranch for a trip of a lifetime!

My daughter and son-in-law had their wedding at Spring Creek Ranch, June 2023. The overall property was beautiful and there were some different options for the ceremony and reception. My daughter wanted to have the ceremony outside for the spectacular views on the balcony with the reception inside the Sagebrush ballroom. My daughter lives in Jackson, however, I lived out of state, so my interactions were less, but I was able to FaceTime into meetings. Samantha was on maternity leave for portions of the time and other people tried to help, but didn’t seem to have the answers to May of our questions. The initial meeting, when signing the contract and figuring out of the all of the logistics of what needed to be done, went well. I didn’t feel like Samantha was upfront about some of the things however. For example, when we asked her about having rectangular tables for the head table, she said that we would have to rent farmhouse tables for extra money. When my daughter said she could borrow some rectangular tables from a friend, or bring them in herself Samantha instantly remembered that they did have some tables they could use that were included in the rental fee. When it came to wine she said they only had certain wines that we could pick the cheapest being 60 some dollars per bottle, so we opted not to have wine since that was out of our price range. When my daughter was talking with one of her friends her friend had the idea of doing canned wine, and when inquiring about it, Samantha said it could be an option. Why not have that option available in the first place? It just seems like we had to come up with different ideas for her to remember that she could do certain things. It was like if you didn’t ask about it, it wasn’t an option, rather than her, explaining all the options to us. A day before the wedding we were able to set up early. We could set up at 3 PM, but if we called ahead, there was a possibility that we could set up earlier. We checked into a condo at noon and we were renting and saw that the ballroom was all set up so we asked if we could start setting things up or at least bring in all the decorations and set it in the hallway outside of the ballroom. I asked if they could check with Samantha, and when they came back to the front desk they said that we could not set up nor could we bring any of the decorations inside. As we were driving to our condo, we noticed a huge white tent set up in the lawn just below the balcony where my daughter was going to have her ceremony instead of this beautiful mountainous background, it was now a white circus tent that we were looking at when we inquired about it being taken down, they said the tent was for a wedding on Saturday and that it wouldn’t be an option. Having spent thousands of dollars, I would expect there not to be a white tent at the backdrop to my daughters wedding ceremony, and it was a huge one. At this point, my husband and I wanted to have a meeting with Samantha because we were really upset. The soon to be bride and groom, ended up having to go for a walk to decide where they wanted to get married. That was heartbreaking to watch your daughter and soon to be son-in-law try to figure out where they’re going to get married 24 hours before the ceremony because a huge tent is blocking the view of where you’re actually getting married, and then going to have the cocktail ceremony. The day of the wedding was frustrating, because not only would Samantha not talk to my husband and I but the big white tent was never taken down. We were able to relocate the wedding ceremony to an overlook where my daughter and son-in-law were going to have their first look. But only an hour before the ceremony was about to start there was a big rain storm coming. We decided to have the ceremony up on the balcony and squeeze people into the covered portion of it. None of the staff at Spring Creek Ranch helped us to move the chairs. Samantha was supposed to send a shuttle over to the condo so my daughter and son-in-law could go take their pictures on top of the Butte before the ceremony instead of after. There was confusion over this with the shuttle driver, who was taking them and where they were picking them up that it only gave them 15 minutes to take couples photos. After the ceremony, we moved, happy hour in the Sagebrush ballroom because of the weather once the reception started, the bridal party was starting their grand entrance. When my daughter noticed their cake was not set up in the ballroom, so instead of watching all of her friends make their entrances, she was in the kitchen, trying to find out where the cake was for someone to bring it out. Little did I know that a week before she had reached out to Samantha for her to add a cake, placed on the stand, two forks, and a plate on the cake table onto the order of events. However, since it was two weeks before the wedding, the order of events couldn’t be changed, but that it would be out there it was not. The last thing that really got on my nerves was that Samantha pulled my daughter off of the dance floor in the middle of having a great night with her friends and family, and dancing the night away to accuse her of bringing her own alcohol into the ballroom. She said that waitstaff notice this and Samantha had the audacity to pull my daughter, the bride away from everyone on the dance floor because of a beverage. My daughter had to bring Samantha over to the bar get the bartenders approval that the bartender did, in fact, give the drink to my daughter. Apparently they had run out of a certain kind of seltzer and brought others up from the fridge. Samantha not only told my daughter to forget that she even asked, but she didn’t even apologize to my daughter for interrupting her night. Overall, I would not recommend Spring Creek Ranch for your wedding. Working with Samantha was very difficult. She definitely needs to learn better customer service, and have better communication between her self and clients. One positive was the food was fabulous!

My wife, two kids (aged 1 and 2), and I stayed at Spring Creek Ranch for two nights in a one bedroom unit. As a general policy, I refrain from posting negative reviews. With this said, our experience and the property’s response was so terrible, I felt the need to do so. Upon arriving at the property, we found nearly all amenities “out of order” or in disrepair. A sample: We called the front desk to ask questions about the Jacuzzi, changed clothes, walked to the Jacuzzi, only to find an out of order sign (no mention of this during phone call). My wife went back to the room and I took the kids to the only open amenity, the pool. I didn’t have contacts in, but my later wife met us and noticed a dead rodent and thousands of engorged/rotting earthworms floating around in the pool. Needless to say she was not pleased with me and somewhat worried about our toddlers. The same dead rodent was still in the pool upon check out. At check out, I explained the pool and our disappointment in nearly all property amenities being in disrepair. I was assured that the manager would call straight away. After not receiving a call for over a week, I called to follow up. The manager debated me on what kind of rodent was in the pool (despite not yet seeing photos, which I previously showed the front desk) and told me that the pool was cleaned twice a day despite the dead rodent and earth worms being present in the pool for two days. I understand that animals sometimes drown in pools, especially in Wyoming. I do not understand not cleaning dead animals out of a family pool for two days. I admittedly got upset with the manager’s lackadaisical response once I was able to get a hold of him, but he simply did not even pretend to care. Had the hotel responded in an even remotely reasonable manner, I would not post this review. I am doing so now because I wish I had accurate information about Spring Creek Ranch prior booking it as part of our first vacation together as a family of four (an extended road trip throughout Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, and Utah). In short, Spring Creek Ranch is not being maintained and management is disinterested. The listed amenities that initially attracted us to the property were in disrepair and/or unsanitary. Most of all though, the hotel’s impertinent response to a clear problem is what really left a bad taste in our mouths.

Old room Bed was terrible, we had to sleep in the car! Bathroom wasn’t operating Could not open the faucet and flash the toilet Couches dirty No WiFi Noisy room … you can hear people upstairs and next door This is not a cabin is like a tiny one room apartment connected to other 3 rooms Spiders in the room No restaurant on the property A long wait to leave the road from the property due to traffic jam. I do not recommend it! $600 per night … maybe worth $100 We left after one night and they told us we will be charged for 2 nights … $1100 for one night of no sleep! We moved to Teton mountain lodge - absolutely beautiful!
