Disappointed in this once well appointed and high end property. Everything inside the condo is aging and dirty. Windows, carpet, floor, mattress and kitchen very tired. Not worth the price paid. Short staff added to the issues.

We had the best experience on our one hour ride with our guide, Tiffany! She was so friendly and provided a laid back and informative trip for us. The views were incredible and one of my favorite things we did while visiting! My expectations were exceeded! 10/10 experience.

This "resort' (and I hesitate to call it that) was barely a 3 star property. Ice maker did not work, unit was not clean, no housekeeping unless you pay extra for it, one little bottle of shampoo for two people, cracks in the bathroom tile, furniture needs some TLC- and even worse, the bed was a Murphy bed! All for a whopping price! When we asked for a different unit, we were told they had none available although we saw some empty units. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We chose this company due to the reviews and comments about the fantastic views of the Tetons. Sadly, we didn't get to see anything due to the wildfire smoke that blew in from the west (not their fault). However, our guide was did not talk very much, and we're not sure if her commentary relied on the views or she was not very interested in talking at all. It was a bit of a disappointment, but at least the kids had fun, and my husband's horse was a riot, stopping to eat every time he was given half a chance. Also, we planned to ride with another family, but we made separate reservations for the same time slot, thinking we would all ride in together in a group. It turns out all the different groups in a time slot got their own guides, (which is great), but we were chastised for not reserving our group all together. I don't think there was a place to indicate this on the reservation form, but I could be remembering incorrectly. Just be aware that if you want to ride with others not in your reserved party, you need to tell them in advance!

My wife and I took the 2 hour horseback trip and it was fantastic. The guide was great. He was very knowledgeable, funny and engaging. The scenery was spectacular and just a lot of fun. Everyone had a great time.
