The standard of the lodge industry, it is located in downtown Jackson, a stroll from all the touristy, but feels almost like country living. After a fire in 2019, we are currently rebuilding the Rusty Parrot. With a planned re-opening in Q4 2022, we are delighted to share the new lodge with you at that time. Until then, have a peak at the renderings added to our photos and please follow the journey on our social media. While reimagined in select ways, we will assuredly honor the heritage and atmosphere of the original Rusty Parrot.

WE LOVED staying at the Rusty Parrot but it BURNED FOWN a few years ago. It is being REBUILT and HOPEFULLY will open in 2022. The ambiance was over the top and the food was delicious. Close to town so we could walk and we were sad when it caught fire.

My wife and I have been coming to Jackson and staying at the Rusty Parrot for over 20 years. The service, accomodations, meals, and spa treatments can measure up against any in the US or abroad. If you want to stay in luxurious accommodations and experience phenomenal service, this is the place to stay. Its proximity to the town allows you to walk to great dining or shopping destinations . The restaurant is first class and the service is outstanding! If you are looking for a pampered vacation that is within walking distance or downtown Jackson, this is the place.

We have stayed at the Rusty Parrot twice now and we highly recommend it. They always provide exceptional service, have the coziest rooms and the best restaurant in town. I haven’t tried the spa yet but I’m excited to return in the future to do so.

Everyone and everything is top notch. All of the staff couldn’t have been nicer and accommodating. Many extras, great restaurant and location close to most everything. Nice snacks and coffee bar in the lounge area. Spa is wonderful, book ahead.

Room Tip: Well worth getting a room with a fireplace if it’s the season! I prefer the third floor.

Very accommodating and hospitable with warm and comfortable atmosphere. Particularly enjoyed the sitting area in front of the fireplace. A game of chess, fresh coffee, cider and cookies available along with books for reading but I brought my own book and just loved early morning and night relaxing by the fire. Breakfast was also a plus and very good. Great location, everything is within walking distance. We certainly recommend this Lodge.

The room, house keeping, front desk and bar staff are great. The restaurant staff is slow, slow, slow. There were more people standing with their arms crossed in the kitchen than in the whole dinning room. The server was giving instructions for the kitchen to be cleaned and removing ice from the hot tub deck. We will stay there again but we will eat out.

The care and concern from all staff was over the top. To the friendly greeting every time we passed the front desk to Jeff making a fabulous. fire in our room and helping with tips for activities. We would love to come back again!

This Lodge has a great reputaion. It was a good place to stay to visit Jackson and the Grand Teton's. The restaurant is a little pricey but food is good. The hotel itself is getting just little tired and for the rates they charge, they should begin some selective upgrades.

We stayed here for three nights for our first visit to Jackson and Wyoming and Yellowstone & Teton Parks. What a lovely boutique hotel. Everyone could not be nicer or more helpful. Very soothing atmosphere. Excellent mattress.

We chose the Rusty Parrot because of its proximity to town as well as other reviews. It was the best! The accommodations were clean and comfy, staff very attentive and helpful and the special touches like complimentary water in the room, nightly candies left in the room, morning paper, coffee/tea available and our wood burning fireplace made our trip a 10+. If we return to Jackson, we would stay nowhere but the Rusty Parrot.
