We stayed at Rustic Inn Creekside's Spa Suites May 20-24, 2023 for our wedding at Diamond Cross Ranch in Moran, Wyoming. We arrived a little early but it wasn't a problem. The bellman took us to the spa suites and introduced us to our suite butlers, Yulien and Lacey who took amazing care of us the whole time. They were very attentive to our needs the whole time and we truly enjoyed our stay. The complimentary breakfast included in the package was well done every morning. On our wedding day they helped us a great deal and helped my wife's hair and make up artist to the room and with everything we needed to prepare for the day. We had a massage at the spa that morning and they were excellent but a little over priced for the one hour session. The only complaint I had was that we booked the room specifically for the free standing tub in the room which didn't work correctly. My wife wanted a nice soak before she got ready for the wedding but the tub was either freezing cold or scalding hot and sadly management's only offer was that they were sorry and they'd fix it later. They did make the suggestion to fill it with hot water and then cool it off with the freezing water but there was nothing else they'd do for this pretty major fault in one of the selling points of the room. I certainly expected a lot more from management than what amounted to an uncaring attitude. That was certainly disappointing. The decor is excellent and the room's bathroom was huge. The shower heads needed to be unclogged as the rain head didn't work well. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious.

I did a lot of research online before picking this place and glad I did. We had a creek side cabin with king bed. Great views on the patio. You are next to other detached cabins on creek side but there was enough privacy between cabins because of layout and partial screens outside. The room was very cozy. Comfortable bed. The location to downtown square was perfect- not to close where there was crowds/ noise but not to far to walk there. They also have a shuttle from the resort if you prefer a quick shuttle ride. Very convenient and quick for drop off and pick up service. The service at the resort was great. Very attentive to every need. There are some different type cabins close to the road where you might hear some traffic noise if you choose a different cabin. Also the pool is close to the road but still private and a nice hot tub and dry sauna. The restaurant had great food. Wonderful steak. The bar is a nice small cozy atmosphere. Breakfast is included and was good- traditional type breakfast and so convenient before we headed out to adventure for the day. Great service. In the evening, we loved sitting by the fire relaxing or sit on our patio drinking some wine (there is a convenient grocery store walking distance where you can grab a bottle of wine or snacks). I saw a combination of families here and couples. The airport is close by which makes it convenient to get home. We leave tomorrow and we will miss this beautiful part of the country. Would definitely recommend this place to couples and families.

Amazing place to stay! Spent 3 nights here after staying 4 nights in Yellowstone. We really loved our creekside cabin. The bed was so comfortable, the large shower felt like a spa after 4 days of the shower built for 1/2 of a person in Yellowstone. The porch was a great place to hangout and watch the geese along the creek. The included breakfast was also very good. There was a good selection of eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, fruit, yogurt, pancakes, etc. We also thought the staff were very kind and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!!

Pros: The beds were comfortable. The sauna and hot tub were nice. Cons: Front desk staff was rude and also didn't tell us breakfast was included (this is not a cheap place to stay) and they were not accommodating Geese feces everywhere! EVERYWHERE! I do not call this a nature sanctuary or whatever...you literally can not walk on the sidewalk or in the grass without stepping in or on goose poop. It was actually disgusting. Why stay here when you can go 15 minutes up the road and be in an actual nature preserve? This strikes me as a place for people to go who are completely disconnected from real nature. Overall: Overpriced for such a small space, not a "nature preserve"

This was a lovely place to stay in Jackson! If you stay in one of the creekside rooms/cabins, you have a beautiful view of the creek and mountains right outside your door. Large patios or decks are included. There is a short nature trail, which is a boardwalk around a pond with many geese. I loved the firepits on the hillside (one is inside a teepee!) surrounded by adirondack chairs that they light every night. Great location, too - right across the street from the Elk refuge and about half a mile walk to town. If you are used to walking, it is not a hard hike at all to the town square area. But if not, they have a town shuttle to take you where you want to go. We ate at the hotel restaurant a couple of times for dinner and it seemed above average for hotel food. Breakfast was nice as well with scrambled eggs and sides, yogurt with toppings, and a different type of pastry every day. Very glad we stayed here.

Lovely stay! Great location close to the park and right near town but still felt remote. Beautiful spread out property that is super peaceful and loved the fire pits (especially the one in the tee-pee), little river walk with ducks, and amenities. The cabin was really nice, loved the updated room/bathroom and porch. Staff was super friendly and accommodating as well. Highly recommend!

Just finished a 4-night stay (our 2nd stay here). Upon arrival received an upgrade, totally unexpected, very much appreciated. (It is very early in the season, and they were not sold out ... but nonetheless, many resorts/hotels will not do that ... so kudos to Rustic Inn!). Breakfast (which is included in the reasonable resort fee) ... was great. The breakfast staff were so friendly, always smiling ... and for that matter, so were the staff in the lobby, the ground crew and housekeeping staff ... you just walk by and they smile and say hello and are eager to be engaged ... one of the grounds crew gave us local hiking tips, esp. since most of the trails in the Tetons were too deep with snow to navigate). Maybe everyone in Jackson is nice ... or maybe Rustic Inn does an exceptional job identifying staff members when hiring and keeping them happy ... which seems like a more difficult task these days. as I mentioned above, this was our 2nd stay ... and at least at Rustic Inn, it is like Covid never happened ... the stay really was fantastic ... even exceptional given how in other vacation destinations, our lodging stays left quite a bit to be desired.
