This was a lovely place to stay in Jackson! If you stay in one of the creekside rooms/cabins, you have a beautiful view of the creek and mountains right outside your door. Large patios or decks are included. There is a short nature trail, which is a boardwalk around a pond with many geese. I loved the firepits on the hillside (one is inside a teepee!) surrounded by adirondack chairs that they light every night. Great location, too - right across the street from the Elk refuge and about half a mile walk to town. If you are used to walking, it is not a hard hike at all to the town square area. But if not, they have a town shuttle to take you where you want to go. We ate at the hotel restaurant a couple of times for dinner and it seemed above average for hotel food. Breakfast was nice as well with scrambled eggs and sides, yogurt with toppings, and a different type of pastry every day. Very glad we stayed here.

Hotel's Favorite
I did a lot of research online before picking this place and glad I did. We had a creek side cabin with king bed. Great views on the patio. You are next to other detached cabins on creek side but there was enough privacy between cabins because of layout and partial screens outside. The room was very cozy. Comfortable bed. The location to downtown square was perfect- not to close where there was crowds/ noise but not to far to walk there. They also have a shuttle from the resort if you prefer a quick shuttle ride. Very convenient and quick for drop off and pick up service. The service at the resort was great. Very attentive to every need. There are some different type cabins close to the road where you might hear some traffic noise if you choose a different cabin. Also the pool is close to the road but still private and a nice hot tub and dry sauna. The restaurant had great food. Wonderful steak. The bar is a nice small cozy atmosphere. Breakfast is included and was good- traditional type breakfast and so convenient before we headed out to adventure for the day. Great service. In the evening, we loved sitting by the fire relaxing or sit on our patio drinking some wine (there is a convenient grocery store walking distance where you can grab a bottle of wine or snacks). I saw a combination of families here and couples. The airport is close by which makes it convenient to get home. We leave tomorrow and we will miss this beautiful part of the country. Would definitely recommend this place to couples and families.

zwe spent seven nights in cabin with king bed. Comfortable bed, refrigerator, microwave, quiet, friendly staff, great breakfast. Also an easy walk to Jackson's town center. And nice trail along Elk refuge across the street.

Lovely stay! Great location close to the park and right near town but still felt remote. Beautiful spread out property that is super peaceful and loved the fire pits (especially the one in the tee-pee), little river walk with ducks, and amenities. The cabin was really nice, loved the updated room/bathroom and porch. Staff was super friendly and accommodating as well. Highly recommend!

Just finished a 4-night stay (our 2nd stay here). Upon arrival received an upgrade, totally unexpected, very much appreciated. (It is very early in the season, and they were not sold out ... but nonetheless, many resorts/hotels will not do that ... so kudos to Rustic Inn!). Breakfast (which is included in the reasonable resort fee) ... was great. The breakfast staff were so friendly, always smiling ... and for that matter, so were the staff in the lobby, the ground crew and housekeeping staff ... you just walk by and they smile and say hello and are eager to be engaged ... one of the grounds crew gave us local hiking tips, esp. since most of the trails in the Tetons were too deep with snow to navigate). Maybe everyone in Jackson is nice ... or maybe Rustic Inn does an exceptional job identifying staff members when hiring and keeping them happy ... which seems like a more difficult task these days. as I mentioned above, this was our 2nd stay ... and at least at Rustic Inn, it is like Covid never happened ... the stay really was fantastic ... even exceptional given how in other vacation destinations, our lodging stays left quite a bit to be desired.

Incredibly disappointing service, the staff was entirely unhelpful and unaccommodating when a member of our party was sick. Would highly suggest booking with a more reputable hotel that puts its guests, rather than its own profits, first.

My husband and I stayed for several nights in a creekside room, just before the summer hordes arrived. It was a quiet time, and we loved every moment. We enjoyed the breakfast, sitting by the pool, walking around the grounds and watching the wildlife. Reading through some reviews here, I am really stunned at the entitlement of some guests… We have high standards, and found staff and management to be gracious, considerate, and professional. The room itself was lovely. We chose not to have housekeeping except for trash emptying and towel changing, and that was just fine. Going back this summer for a longer stay, and can’t wait! Bravo, Rustic Inn, and thank you.

My husband & I came for our anniversary on a whim after seeing it on someone’s Instagram. We stayed in a creek side cabin and it was amazing! Truly everything from the location to the beds to the friendly & accommodating staff the delicious breakfast buffet, it was all excellent. The ambiance on the property is rustic and elegant at the same time. The deer that are around are so sweet and charming and that was a highlight for sure. We walked everywhere or took the shuttle, everything is close enough. We had a fabulous time and I can’t wait to come back!
