The Wort Hotel is a beautiful representation of heritage architecture and comfort. Very well appointed rooms, great service and staff. Restaurant and bar are a fantastic atmosphere to relax and be entertained
Awesome location, historical hotel, a bar and restaurant as part of the property, and very comfortable and nice rooms. The best part is the staff. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the concierge, everyone was friendly and super helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
We loved the hotel, the room and the service. We had originally planned on one night, but returned after our stay in Yellowstone and stayed another night. The King bed rooms, both deluxe and regular King, were perfect for my tall companion. The decor was great and bought the stuffed bear on the bec.
My experience and stay at the Wort Hotel in Jackson Hole WY was above and beyond my expectations. It was far and away one of my best hotel experiences in many years. From decor to staff to little kindnesses shown to us above and beyond.
a great experience. The only bad thing was the service in the grill which was slow and unfriendly. Everything else was top notch!!! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys world class luxury.
I was excited for my stay but somewhat disappointed. Stayed end of March. Hotel was clean but understaffed. When we arrived, no one was available to help with our bags. Concierge was only seen once at the desk. Breakfast was not good, recommend local bakery instead. Bar and band music was great at night however the table service was poor. We asked four different servers for drinks and were told to go up to bar when every table around us was being served. My husband, who is so low maintenance, walked out. Beds not super comfortable. I didn’t expect the four seasons but at least the Westin in terms of pillows and mattresses. Location is great, just know lacking in some areas.
We stayed for 3 nights in March 2022 and all together our group had 3 rooms. The rooms were wonderful, and they serviced our room at least twice a day and maybe a 3rd time counting bed turn down with a piece of chocolate. the fresh rose in our room and fresh flowers at the front desk were a nice added touch. Our group of 7 really enjoyed congregating around the 2nd floor fire place playing yatzee every night with dice borrowed from the front desk. We had lunch and breakfast at the Silver Dollar Grill and it was excellent as was the service. Dani, the concierge was a great help booking activities.
The “ center of the universe “ if you are looking for convenience to downtown Jackson Hole . Housekeeping was fantastic . Concierge was wonderful. The “connection to the past” makes this place unique and very enjoyable. We met many delightful people.
Do not stay here unless you sleep very soundly and enjoy a thumping base all night long. I've been to Jackson a few times, but this was my first stay in Wort. We checked into our room after dinner and found out that we were directly above the bar. Our floor was literally reverberating with the music and I asked about changing rooms. Instead, I was promised music would be off by 10pm. Shortly after 10 pm I called the front desk and was informed that music would be done by 10:30. Well, the live music stopped but the standard bar music took over. There is apparently zero insulation because we could hear the music, street noise and very loud conversations outside. The hotel should not be renting these rooms or at the very least warn guests and ask them for a preference in advance. Total waste of money and a crummy way to end our vacation.…
Great location. Beautiful rooms. All staff were top notch. Looking forward to returning. Sleep lost a star due to City deciding to street clean the snow on their schedule. It was only one night due to the snow that we received.
