We enjoyed our stay at The Lexington! All of the staff was very friendly. The rooms were comfortable—ours even had a separate tv/sitting area. There was a hot breakfast every day with lots of options and plenty of food. The hotel had a place to do laundry, a small but nice indoor pool, and several nice outdoor sitting areas. The hotel is close enough to easily walk to the square for dinner or shopping. We would gladly stay here again.

Spent 2 nights at this hotel at the start and end of a BrushBuck Tour. Was greeted by Debbie who was such a pleasure to work with - very sweet lady. We even got some special treatment by the lovely Jazmine (an intern) who was our shuttle driver and allowed my friend and I a quick stop at the nature museum before our flight home. Very accommodating. Would love to stay at the place again! Good luck on your internship Jazmine.

The room was large and clean. It was far away from the breakfast in the morning which was not that great but the instant oat meal was filler. We usually don't have breakfast at the hotel anyway as we are out early. My husband is handicap so it was quite a walk from the buliding we were in to that area and to the area of the pool. We didn't end up using the pool because of this. There was only one handicap spot per building and when we came back after dinner it was always taken. I asked the front desk about this and he said there was plenty of room to park. The price was very high for what you get, but all of Jackson is. Also the room was by the truck route so it was very very noisy. We would not stay here again as it is not handicap friendly and very noisy. It would be Just OK for the price if we did not have those problems.

We had spent a week traveling by the time we stayed at the Lexington. Our hotel was so comfortable and home-like. Plenty of room for our family of 5 and attention to all the details to make our experience next level. Quality shampoos and soaps, vanity outside of our room and extra mirror. Delicious breakfast and infused water and lemonade in the lobby. Especially loved the opportunity to stay just one night as that's all we needed but wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend!

We had some difficulties the first night we were there because the people above us were very, very noisy-I am not sure what they were doing up there! We complained and shared the noise with the night manager and we were moved to another, better room. The next morning I met with Armando, one of the managers, and he solved the problem by letting us stay in the room to which we moved. We very much appreciated his professionalism.
