We stayed one night here this month (July 2013) and thought it was great. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, clean, quiet, comfy bed. The restaurant downstairs was really good - had a perfect steak, baked potato and veggies. One thing to consider: this is a historic hotel and if you like this...

Walking through the unassuming street level door into a foyer with antique fixtures lighting the staircase to the hotel on the second level transports you to a slower, gentler time. The owners have done a great job blending the ambience of the historic hotel with modern conveniences. Comfy queen bed with soft linens. Plush towels. Cable TV and alarm clock...

In some ways the Hotel is like stepping back in time, much of the original design is preserved. The updates are behind the scenes, excellent soft bed, well equipped, cool, quiet rooms. There is a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room and a sitting room down the hall with a microwave. Good WiFi and cable TV. They serve a...

The staff operate this hotel on the personal level of a bed and breakfast. The owners are wonderful to visit with about the hotel, and its history. They also like you to share your experiences while there too. The unique downstairs dining room is a real treat. (A secret room in another time.) Breakfast was excellent and very reasonable. The...

We stayed at the Historic Greybull Hotel recently during a trip to the Mt. Rushmore and Yellowstone areas. What a delight! Hosts and Proprietors Lori and Myles are charming and can't do enough for you. And the history of the hotel (former bank and hotel) is amazing. And, although we didn't have dinner downstairs (the cook was ill), the menu...

Stopped in Cody after visiting Yellowstone and it was difficult to find anything reasonably priced so checked Trip Advisor and found this hotel. There are about twenty steps up to rooms but we enjoyed our stay very much. Room was very clean, bed was divinely comfy, sheets smelled really good, and owners Myles and Lori were very friendly, plus towels...

Had to stay in the town and was uneasy about my reservation. Upon check in, I found the most wonderful and helpful staff! The bed was more comfortable than 4 star hotels stayed at recently. While the rooms were slightly small (expected for a historic site) the character and comfort was an unexpected pleasure. I will stay here again for...

This nostalgic hotel takes you back in time. The room was very clean comfortable. The proprietor is as nice a person as you will ever meet and the stay was very enjoyable. Mr foley took the time to show us around the hotel and the old speakeasy they had remodeled. We will definitely recommend his hotel to others.

I was in Greybull on business and chose this hotel from a recommendation, I was amazed at how quiet it was and with new mattresses for a great night of sleep. Myles and Lori were gracious host and the food was excellent.
