On a cross country trip and stopped for the night. Checked in and went to room to find a toilet plunger wrapped in a plastic bag leaning in the corner by my door. There was an extra-large bottle of generic hand soap on the bathroom sink. Room smelled odd. Furnishings are well-worn. At 9:15 am, the maid opened the door and told us she needed to clean the room. We told her that the room was still occupied (obviously). When we checked out at ten, I told the clerk, and he acted rudely and asked me if we had placed the do not disturb sign on the door. I responded that we had not, but that check our is at noon, and there is no reason for us to behave been disturbed. He offered no apology.

We booked this hotel last minute on a roadtrip from west to east. It was conveniently located off of i-90 and was an overall comfortable stay. My mom and I were some of the few guests who wore masks as it was during COVID, though they did have a hand sanitizer station in the lobby for all guests to use as they entered the building. This hotel was dog friendly and they also had free on-site laundry, which was helpful. They provided a list of local restaurants, and we went with the manger's favorite- Humphrey's Bar & Grill. Would definitely recommend staying at this independent hotel.

We were passing through and happy to stay in this independent hotel. Appreciate that they upgraded us to a very nice room. Beds were comfortable and spacious. However, the staff were not wearing masks (or any guests) and it was not clear how they disinfected. (We has our own Clorox so used it). The breakfast ordering process was efficient but unfortunately not very tasty.

Bunk beds were a favorite for our kiddos! Facilities were the cleanest we experienced on our cross country trip. Rooms were very large compared to other hotels. Pool was much nicer than others we visited on our 2 week trip. Staff was friendly and helpful. A great stop on our way into Yellowstone.

Very quiet location with a short drive to restaurants and general shopping. The bedding was good as were the pillows. There is a laundry room where guests can wash clothes at no charge which was very nice. Breakfast was very good. The property does not appear to be very old but the bathrooms seemed tired. When we checked in and arrived in our room we found that it was dirty--there was some sort of black plastic like material all over the floor. We called in to the front desk--which was woefully understaffed--and they sent someone to clean it almost immediately with apologies. Needless to say we spayed every square inch of the place down with Lysol (this was in the middle of a pandemic after all). All in all, the property was definitely worth the price.
