My son and I stayed in one of the cabins. It was clean, warm, modern and comfortable. Dubois was the perfect jumping off point to do a day hike in the Wind River Range. The owner showed us where we could also hike in the Badlands, just outside of town. Not a soul was in sight on either hike - the scenery is stunning. Owners of lodge warm and friendly.
We stayed in the very clean, comfy and cozy #25 Wildcat Creek Cabin (has a King bed and is one of the stand alone Cabins). Staff were very welcoming and helpful. If you’re a visiting Aussie you might like to request Room 17 in the lodge🦘
We stayed one night in cabin 24 while passing through and were pleasantly surprised by the modern and luxurious appointments and amenities. Whether you are used to the Hyatt or something simpler, you will feel at home here. It was charming, comfortable and so much fun. Easy walk to town and great value. Don’t pass this one by!
We stayed here last week on our way from Colorado to Idaho. Right on the main drag walking distance to the local restaurants. It’s locally owned and the proprietors were so nice, the rooms had classic western character. A real gem!
My husband and I were on a road trip and decided to make the trek to Dubois to catch an early September snowstorm. Our cabin was beautifully rustic, but with modern amenities. The power went out, temps down into the 20s, but we were plenty warm thanks to well-built walls and the nice linens/blankets provided. Breakfast was good, even with Covid restrictions in place. I’m pretty sure the blueberry muffin was homemade. The owners, Mike and Jen, were able to help us determine WY road closures so we could decide which direction to take when we left. We will definitely be back!!!!
