Even though we didn't get to spend as much time with Jerry as we would have liked (since we were on the go all day), we loved our stay at K-3 Guest Ranch. Jerry was definitely the entertainment, Heather was an excellent cook and Terry ran everything else like a fine oiled machine. We were so glad we were able to stay 4 nights and mostly did everything we had intended including a Wild Horse excursion (booked thru Jerry) and it was awesome. Met so many nice people and were able to share our experiences every day. Would definitely return! (We stayed in the Teton room).

Headed out to Yellowstone and didn’t know where to stay found this place online and managed to book it. We did have to move rooms all 3 nights we stayed but that was all part of the neat experience. First night stayed in the Hideout. Very nice had the building all to ourselves! Would recommend this one for sure. Next stayed in the chuck Wagon room in the main building, that was a little different but neat! Actually sleep in a chuck wagon. Very cool experience, only downfall of this room is it is next to the kitchen and they get up early and if you want to sleep in this is not the room for you, plus you hear everything from people upstairs. Next night we stayed in the Rocky Mountain room which was upstairs on the second level and slept in a hay wagon. That was a very cool room. Had the best night sleep there. The meals were delicious, Daughter Heather was a good cook! and promptly served at 8 am every morning. Each morning was something different. The owner Jerry sat with us every morning and ate with us, what a jokester he was and did he have stories to tell. The head housekeeper was very nice and moved our luggage to the next room for us. We didn’t spend much time there unfortunately as we went to Yellowstone each day and then left for back home. Very beautiful place & wow to the views of all the mountains! Very unique rooms, each decorated in a different theme. Very friendly and the hospitality was awesome! Hope to be back some day! Meet some folks from Pennsylvania there super friendly but forgot to get their names! 1 hour drive to the East Entrance of Yellowstone.

A special place that will make you want to write a review. I will say the previous 5 star reviews are spot on. I researched many places to stay before my trip and chose the correct one for me and my husband. We stayed 4 nights, there is so much to do in the area, Yellowstone, Cody, Buffalo Bill Museum, Old Trail Town, etc. and the 3K Guest B&B is a perfect resting place, so stay a good 4 -6 nights if you can. Totally not a cookie cutter place to stay. We stayed in the chuck wagon room, very nice large room. Now, if you are an older person the chuckwagon may be a little difficult to get in and out of, but there are other beds in the room to sleep in, so you have your choice. Only thing, if you are staying an extended period of time in this room, there is no clothing /dresser options, But this was ok for us as the room was spacious and we figured it out. All the room options look nice and spacious. The common areas are well appointed and interesting. The grounds are gorgeous and relaxing. There are resident deer that come out in the fields, in the early evening and you can go down to the barn and feed their 2 horses .They have 3 cats and 2 dogs that roam the property and if you go into the barn you can catch a glimpse of the resident owls in the rafters. When returning daily, it was like coming home. I could really go on forever about our stay, but the the thing that makes it all so special here are your hosts and their hospitality, how they make you feel like you are their family. Jerry, Terry and Heather, greeting you every morning was something special, wonderful job, K3 Guest Ranch! We loved our stay, Angela and Paul Hodgkins, from Massachusetts .

The location of these accommodations is amazing. I didn’t want a cookie cutter hotel room and this place fit the bill. My family and I stayed in the bunkhouse and it was amazing. The breakfast was great. It is an experience my family will not forget.

My family of 6 and my brother's family of 6 stayed at K-3 for 2 nights and had an amazing time. The kids loved the property, from running around in the field, to swimming in the creek to taking advantage of the gun range on property (supervised by range master Tom O’Day). The breakfast every morning was spectacular and got the day started in the right direction. Jerry, his family and Terri were so accommodating and friendly, there's not enough nice things I can say about our stay at K-3. I hope to return soon again. Thank you, K-3, for making our trip to Cody so memorable.
