    Wonderful historic B&B
We stayed one night for a getaway weekend, and I can't wait to go back. It was everything we read about and more. The renovations are very well done, and all of the furnishings fit the period. The stained and leaded glass was striking, as were the numerous large fireplaces on the main floor. Everything was clean and well kept. Jas and his staff were friendly and helpful but not intrusive. There were all kinds of small touches to make guests comfortable: wine and cheese in the afternoon; a refrigerator with water and soft drinks; fresh baked cookies in a jar on the counter; brandy left out in the evening with the fireplace going; guide books, histories and Western reading material everywhere. We had robes and writing materials in our room (the Warren), and very nice toiletries in the bathroom. We were there over Valentine's weekend, and there were roses, chocolates and champagne in the room, with (fabric) flower petals on the rug and bed. Breakfast was indeed divine -- fresh muffins, an elegant fruit plate, amazing eggs. The only negatives come from this being a historic property, so you expect that there isn't a humidifier or off-street parking, and the bath fixtures aren't the Kohler you have at home. That is part of the charm of such a place. No, there isn't an elevator. There was a small garden off the back that has seating for guests, and I am sure it is lovely in summer. I really can't think of anything they could have done better.

    Gem of Cheyenne
The Nagle Mansion is a true gem in downtown Cheyenne. It is like stepping back in time - the rooms are so beautiful and every detail is meticulously arranged. The inn keeper Jas is a Michelin-star chef - and his breakfasts do not disappoint! Gourmet and beautifully appointed. His team is lovely and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

I am not sure that there will enough room in this review to accurately describe our stay at the Nagle Warren Mansion, but I will try. Elegant, extremely well appointed and a diamond in the rough for Cheyenne, Wyoming. Our room was outstanding in every way that makes a hotel "homey" and comfortable, and did not fall short of the elegance of the entire mansion. The building exudes history in every single corner. The Innkeeper Jas Barbe, his Assistant Manager LaChrisha, Head Housekeeper Erica, Historian Michelle, Housekeeper/Server Larene and, Chef Alex provided us with an overnight stay of peace, beauty, solitude and the most outstanding breakfast imaginable. Our sincere compliments to the Chef, and our earnest thanks to the staff! I just cannot issue enough praise to adequately describe what a wonderful place this mansion is. If you are looking for a bit of history and a restful, pampering place to spend some quality time, you will be very remiss if you do not reserve your time at the Nagle Warren Mansion.

The Inn was a beautifully decorated throughout and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a fresh baked muffin, poached pear and a soufflé with sausage. Everyone at the Inn was pleasant and help make the stay perfect. A wonderful reason to stop in Cheyenne!

We had a fantastic time at the Nagel Warren. Jas is an amazing host and a Michelin 2 star chef (it shows!). The hospitality was great, we loved our room with its cozy fire and the amenities. There were wonderful common areas with beautiful artwork that take youl back. 10/10 would (and will) come again!

Spend your night in an amazing mansion from the earliest days of Cheyenne. Fabulous stained glass windows, original tile work, embossed leather ceilings - it could take a week to explore all the architectural details of this house. Bed and shower were super, as was the breakfast. Absolutely lovely to chat with the owner and his staff. Choose from twelve bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms - 6 in the main house and 6 in the carriage house. We look forward to our next visit!

Wish we’d had more time to spend here! The inn is luxury all the way, from the bedding and linens to the little touches like thick robes and slippers and bath salts for enjoying in the soaking tub. Breakfast portions were generous, and the chef/host is a fount of knowledge about the history of the inn, the town…and pretty much anywhere!

I always attempt to immerse myself in the personality of the cities and areas to which I travel. My sister and I were pleased to learn of the reopening of the Mansion, and booked our stay during a recent business trip. The owner and entire staff far exceeded any possible expectations we could have had. It was a delight to tour the Mansion, learn of the history, and literally touch base with the past. The hospitality, manners, and graciousness we experienced were clear reminders of the "proper" way to entertain guests, from freshly-baked cookies the afternoon of arrival, to wine tasting in the early evening, to a perfectly prepared breakfast of egg souffle and homemade yogurt. We felt as if we were guests in a home, visiting with old friends. I highly recommend the Nagle Warren Mansion. We shall be returning.

The Mansion is being reopened after being closed for almost 2 years. They have completed renovated and restored the grand inside. The new innkeeper, Jas Barbe is well known and his cuisine is tops. As the first guests here, we had an excellent time and to step into the mansion to be surrounded by 1890 was a very fun time. Advise try the old time photograph, they have lots of records. We will be returning for Cheyenne Days.

This is now a private residence - no longer a Bed & Breakfast . Please view newsfeed and announcements about the closure. You can do a websearch and find several articles and press release. There is also an interview with the former inn keeper on youtube. This listing should be removed by tripadvisor
