Worst visit to a Marriott ever. As a Platinum Elite Member I expected better. The room we were given did not have functional a/c. The lady from the front desk came, fiddled with the unit, explaining that the wall thermostat was out, and that all would be fine.

Has the breakfast been enlarged to include waffles? Has the internet been upgraded so you can watch video or is it still slow?
Hello Laramie C, Marriott has designed a menu program for each hotel type. Waffles are part of the weekend menu program. The Springhill Suites has the internet services required by Marriott.
