This Motel 6 experience started out at the front desk with their host, Mario. I was waiting to get registered and a couple ahead of me were ask general questions about Cheyenne. This fellow didn't have a clue about anything, restaurants, mileage to Denver, gas stations, nothing, Now my chance to interact with this fellow. When he looked at my... More

I was traveling cross country with my 67 year old mother and this was the only place that had a room available. The lobby/motel was packed since there was some sort of Frontier Days festivities going on that weekend. The positive was that the girls at the front desk were friendly....other than that this place was terrible. The check in... More

I booked a room at the Motel 6 in Cheyenne, WY this past weekend (7/30) for the Cheyenne Frontier Days. We were heading to WY for a going away party for a friend, so spirits were high. We arrived for our check at 3 and they didn’t have any clean rooms. The manager said she would call us in an... More

Everybody usually never listens to the reviews but please listen to this one. Our room had no microwave, no fridge. You had to pay 5 dollars for the wifi and that's per device. Train tracks were behind the motel, so it was very noisy all night. They give you no shampoo or soap and two towels. The floors looked like... More

We had reservations 6 months in advance for this hotel with a guaranteed rate. Upon check in, our rate was two and a half times what our reservation said. We were told "It's Frontier Days. We can't do anything about it." It was 11:30 pm, so we were stuck with an inferior room at a ridiculous price. Our room obviously... More

I made reservations in January 14, for $75.60. I checked in at Motel 6 on July 27th and had to pay $167.00 to stay at a Motel 6. Granted I knew this was during Frontier Days, I felt very violated to have to pay this rate. Cheyenne, Wyoming makes plenty for this event. I think I should have to pay... More

A big motel on an industrial estate flanked by three railroads. The rooms are ok, with micros, fridges but no bath. The downside is that the motel didn't feel safe. Security was ever present, which was a comfort but left you wondering why it was needed? The internet wasn't free and was unreliable.

Ashley was very sweet, and the room wasn't completely awful, otherwise, this place is a definite no go. You have to pay for Wi-Fi, per device, there was no ice, no blow dryer, pool was closed, it was not a good experience what so ever!

If you're going to charge a rate comparable to the hotels around you, then you need to offer services comparable to the hotels around you. The room was very dated and the curtain didn't even cover all the window. We had to catch the corner of it in the door to be afforded any privacy at all. The TV guide... More
