We camped at this park overnight. When I called to make the reservation I was told that water to the parking sites had been turned off in preparation for seasonal closure and due to an early season snow storm. When I arrived I discovered that water to the rest rooms was also turned off and that the water point where I could fill my on-board fresh water reservoir had a broken pipe and was also turned off. NO WATER. The cable TV connection provided no reception. This park advertised a BBQ restaurant on site that is open "April-October." I read an on-line review that was posted less than 24 hours before my arrival but the facility was already closed for the season so NO BBQ for dinner. It would have been nice had the operators provided up to date web site information and would have informed me about the rest room and water point water situation.

The couple that own the park are very nice. There is a BBQ restaurant on site which they also run. Location was good but the park does need some work. It’s a busy park for sure but needs a good cleaning. Our picnic table was under a tree and was covered with so much bird dropping’s I couldn’t even attempt to clean it. The truck window in the morning was the same way. The office could use a clean up as well. The bbq meat was not bad. WiFi was just so so. I didn’t even check out the bathrooms or laundry as I knew I wouldn’t be using it.

This RV park really needs some work... they are friendly but that is the best part! The sites are gravel and dead grass... not cleaned ever. The site was completely unleveled and hard to make it work. Once we got settled, we decided to check out the bathroom ... oh my! Crap on stall two, old towels hanging on the only hook in the place and the water handles for the sinks are taped up as a repair... the garbage bin is overflowing and filled with hornets and the place looks like a construction zone with wood and stuff all over... seriously they should hire help for a week to clean it up... call for a biweekly garbage pickup and then hire housekeeping! Sorry but this is not a nice place...

Booked well in advance and asked for a quiet shaded site for 2 nights. The lady on the phone was pleasant and said no problem time of year. Flash forward to arrival. The lady checking us in was pleasant enough. I asked if our site was shaded. She didn’t know. I waited while her co worker held a conversation with someone looking to book a longer stay. When she finished she turned to the lady assisting me and said these people think I work for them very sarcastically. Actually madam you do work for your customers if you expect them to return . The final straw was our site was in the overflow at the very back of the park with a view of huge rolls of old carpet a pile of gravel and the dumpster. I paid $97 for the privilege of this view for 2 nights. After seeing their ad with all the Christian commentary I expected a friendlier atmosphere and certainly a better site for 2 nights. The bath house offered little privac as well Will definitely pass on this one next trip west

They messed up our reservation and when I questioned them about it the guy went nuts telling me I should have looked on their website to see what their park looked like. The lady told me it was hard to believe it was their fault because her best employee took the reservation. When I mentioned they should send out confirmations she lost it. Telling me she is not going to hire someone for $10 an hour to answer 30 emails a day! Wow 30 a day. They claim to have the best bbq in Cheyenne. What a joke. I won't be staying at this dump again! They need to take a course in customer service.
