This was an excellent hotel for the 4 nights I was there. We had dinner in the restaurant the first night. It was great. Had drinks in bar and enjoyed talking with friends. The beds were very comfortable. The room was kept very clean. Yes, a bit short staffed the first day on check in, but it went well. I would stay here again.

Stayed here after a bike ride across Wyoming. There was a motorcycle group of 200 and a softball convention going on as well. The front desk and room attendants were understaffed for this level of activity. We were invited to the free beer and wine happy hour 1730-1830 but I think that’s for everyone. Room was large enough but looked on the interior courtyard. Had breakfast at the restaurant. Everyone was quite pleasant. My stay was marred by the Room service tray that was left outside my room, was there when I checked in and several hours later.

Our room had an internal window and balcony, so no natural light. Rooms on the other side of the hotel overlooked the interstate, so looked noisy. The hotel was full of kids yelling everywhere. The hotel was a long way out of town but there don't seem to be any hotels right in town, so they may all be out here. We went to the restaurant the first night and there was no one eating there. The server said she was going to close as there weren't enough people but we could order in the bar. We did this but there was only one bar server so she was rushed off her feet. The food eventually came but the baked potato was undercooked. Second night, the restaurant said it opened at 5 but at 6 it was still closed. We ordered in the bar again and the speed of service and food were better. However, when we asked for a dessert we were told "There's no pie left, the cheesecake is still frozen but you can have a brownie if you like". Seriously unimpressed by this place.

We found this hotel on the internet and assumed the price would be the advertised internet price. When quoted a nightly rate that was 24% more than the internet, the girl checking us in seemed annoyed, even though that was the only reason we were doing business with this establishment was because of the internet. Instead of just giving us that priceand saving us all time, she made us go through a lengthy rigmarole of booking it online. It was like bait and switch. My daughter chose this place because of the pool. However, after the lengthy check in, the pool was closing, and she couldn’t use it. After getting checked in, we were not informed of the usual details - such as pool and breakfast times. I had to ask. My daughter made the comment the employee was incredibly unfriendly. I agreed. Aside from that, the hotel is a former holidome. The rest of the staff was friendly. Our door didn’t lock when closed. It took effort. The breakfast, with the exception of the pancakes, was pretty bad. They also played hate-filled propaganda station CNN in the lobby and breakfast. I was there to relax not listen to that baloney. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Good place to stay with family for the money. We needed to stay in Casper for the night for breaking up our journey and this is the place for that. We checked in around 9 pm and left early am. Breakfast was a step up from the norm. Best deal in town over the national chains...
