So this is a motel not a chain inn. Even being downtown which felt super safe it isn’t sketchy by any means. Very clean but small and old, kind of like staying out back at grandma’s. Friendly office staff, downtown is quaint with small shops. Give it a try for something different.

We were on a road trip and had prereserved this Motel. Although rooms are small they are well equipped with all your needs. The bed was so comfortable and the receptionist was very welcoming.... if we ever went back we would stay there again

Many newly and nicely renovated rooms. Compact but efficient with fridge and microwave. Clean, excellent A/C, craft-art decorations in office and exterior. Lovely, friendly proprietress. Walk a very short distance to breakfast and dinner options.

Inexpensive motel in the heart of Buffalo. Rooms were clean, front desk staff was the owner (and very helpful). I had asked to keep our group all together, and she was very willing to do this. There is probably nicer places to stay in the area, but for our group this was perfect. We were able to sit outside comfortably on the chairs/benches provided and chat until everyone was ready for bed.
