Lobby was nice with a beautiful, huge mermaid statue and gorgeously decorated Christmas tree. Female employees at check in & check out were both friendly. Parking was free and offered easy access to an entrance that took us to an elevator and our room. We could see the vehicles from our room. Room was average. Hotel could definitely use some renovations & updates, especially anything that is a safety hazard, such as the balcony, where small or thin children could easily slide through and potentially fall to their death. Something was odd in the lobby pool, as my child started to continuously cough, but was fine once we left. Child said they saw poop in the pool, so I wondered if it was from the toddler girl who was in it. It was unfortunate, because the pool was a decent size and depth for a child, with a cute volcano themed slide and faux waterfall. My child much preferred the other pool, where breakfast is served. Although, surprisingly, did not once play on the children's area with the blue waterslides, but did love the deep end of the pool, which was 5'. If your child can't swim, bring a life vest or something to safely keep them afloat, as there is not a lifeguard. Breakfast in the room attached to the arcade did not offer many tables. We got lucky one morning, quickly taking one immediately when people left. I saw many take their food back to their room or eating at a table out near the pool. There was apple juice, orange juice, hot water, decaf and regular coffee, hard boiled eggs, breads and bagels, orange slices, single size peanut butter and jelly along with a selection of cereals and white milk. The arcade was small but fun. There was a machine to change dollars to tokens, a variety of games kids could just by pushing a button or pulling a lever. A car racing game my child loved. I even had a good time playing games. They offered some little prizes for tickets little kids may enjoy. You will need to put together a lot of tickets to get a bigger prize that teens & adults may enjoy. You can combine handfuls of tickets from the arcade for a prize. Seperate vending machines offered snacks and sodas were easy to find, as were the ice machines. There were many nearby restaurants to choose from for sit down, carry out or delivery. Many families had brief get togethers on the skyway near the pool, as it was set up a bit like a lounge or living room. There was a large number of WI Dells travel brochures near the front desk, some even offered coupons for local restaurants and activities. I cannot tell you anything about the outdoor pool area, as I did not visit that time of year. Glad I did not look under bed sheet prior to getting ready to leave, as there was a nasty stain on the mattress, covered by a lightweight pad. Dresser drawers had crumbs in them and the balcony also had nasty used cigarette butts on it, as if it had not been cleaned between uses. Overall, price was reasonable for quality given & it is a decent economy hotel for families on a budget.

We recently stayed at Atlantis with our family, and our young boys had a great time in the waterpark! It was the perfect size for young kids. We stayed in one of the large suites, and there was plenty of room and was nice and quiet. The staff was kind and courteous and the prices were affordable.

My wife and I have stayed at the Atlantis in the past. It had been a number of years from our last stay. Again, budget was tight, however we made things work, and we decided to stay in the Neptune Suite. This time, my sister and her family joined us. Her husband, and their 3 little ones. We enjoyed the space the Neptune had to offer. It is a 2 room suite. Plenty of room for my nephews, and our family. The indoor waterpark area was perfect for all of us. There were slides the little ones could use. The breakfast had coffee, juice, milk, cereal & pastries. It was nice to start our day with food in our stomachs. And, the price was right. as it always has been. Affordable! We simply cannot afford the bigger hotels like Kalahari, Great Wolf, etc. Atlantis has always been a great value, rooms are always clean, and we always enjoy our stay! Please give Atlantis a try. You'll be glad you did!

TERRIBLE PLACE - it was the worst place we have to spend our time - the room had cockroaches, doors could not lock; jets and tub dirty; slippery floors - from soap scum and floor - we had an injury due to the slippery floor and tub. sheets had stains and so were the towels; broken edges in the tub and sink - be careful not to have a cut or laceration; will not recommend it to anyone. The water park needs a lot of work; continental breakfast - bread, bagels, and coffee with oranges if you can get some. it is absolutely not worth it and will NEVER go back there again.

This hotel left so much to be desired. To start we stayed in the roman suite which was a pretty penny in and of itself. When we entered the room the carpet looked like it had never been shampooed and could desperately use it. When we went to the windows to look outside we saw a massive amount of dead bugs EVERYWHERE, in the windowsills and on the floor below them. Saturday housekeeping came in and still didnt see or clean up the bugs. The jets in the tub had a massive amount of filth and dirt shoot out when we turned it on. Sooo we had to empty and then start over hoping for something cleaner. The coffee pot had a molded coffee pouch in it as well. All in all I would say save yourself from the filth and stay anywhere but here. I have reached out asking for a supervisor to contact me and have yet to hear from them.
