Campsites are plenty roomy. Showers were clean. Staff very helpful. Camped for only one night while travelling by bicycle through area. Rainy night, but still nice experience. Would recommend to others who enjoy the outdoors.

We did not stay the night at the camp ground but... The mountain biking trails are AWESOME. There are obstacles to go around and many up hill and down hill parts that made it so fun. Then we swam at the beach and the water was clean and the beach was pretty large. Bathrooms not to good though.

The campground was clean and mostly quiet. Some of the sites are quite spacious and under towering pines. There are only a few sites where you can see the lake from the site. It's easy to take a mile hike around the lake, though. The park provides good access to a nice segment of the Ice Age Trail, well worth...

Quiet hours are enforced--if you camp with kids or like an early start you'll love it. If you get rowdy around the campfire, look elsewhere--rangers actively patrol, especially during high season. Yes, the sandy swimming beach is smallish but it's refreshing on a hot day. Bring a noodle & float! The hiking trails reflect the terrain--some kettles and climbs, but...

I really enjoy this state park mainly for mountain biking and fall photography. The single track mountain biking is very enjoyable and a good workout.. I'm here mountain biking a couple times a month during the summer and fall and the last time I logged almost 12 miles. I'm not sure how many miles it is total but I start...

If you love to camp, hike, bike, swim and canoe then you'll love this park. The trails for biking/hiking are nice, and so are the amazing mountain bike trails. The lakes are pristine for canoeing, including the great park dock on Marl Lake which we dove off of and swam (as did others). This is in addition to the nice...

The campgrounds and facilities were well maintained, and the Rangers were great people. The bike trails and beaches were very nice. We only stayed one night so we were unable to explore much of the area but we're impressed with what we saw. It was a great campground to spend an evening.

Hartman Creek is a nice State Park. Camping is good, beach and swimming is OK. It's close to the chain of lakes for lots of varied recreation if you spend several days here. Clean park that's best for hiking and camping.

Hartman creek is a nice state park. I don't think it ranks in the top ten sate parks in Wisconsin. It's a nice place to spend an afternoon or maybe camp for a weekend. It doesn't , in my opinion, have lots to offer. The hiking trails are short and rather ordinary. The swimming beach is ordinary. I really don't...

We camped in a pop-up camper during a very cold week in October. We loved the sounds of geese and sandhill cranes, but there was very little SUN in the campground, something we missed during our chilly weekend! There is also no heat in the bathrooms, which makes the nice showers hard to enjoy when the indoor temps are below...
