Found the Property as an alternative to the high priced hotels and really liked the proximity to downtown Stevens Point. Check in and check out went easily and I had the most interesting conversations with Joan over morning coffee. The house is very comfortable and unique. Joan showed me the stow away shutters which are original to the house and very cool ! We took the cheap room as all we desired was a place to sleep, Had a wonderful breakfast and were on our way. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in the Point area.

I came to Stevens Point to ride the Green Circle bike trail. The Victorian Swan is an ideal place to stay afterwards because it is right on the trail and close to the downtown restaurants. Joan is a wonderful hostess and is very knowledgeable about the area. Located in a charming old mansion, the rooms are comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this lovely historic home during a snow storm that had most of town closed. Joan the owner was delightful and her room was comfortable and warm. The home is near downtown with lots of restaurants and things to see and also near the water front parks. It was a very pleasant experience.

A great place to stay in Stevens Point. The B&B is just a few minute walk to downtown where there are some good restaurants and bars. Our room was very comfortable and we had a delicious breakfast in the morning. We really enjoyed chatting with the owner, too.

Stopped here on our annual B 'n B Fall getaway. This B 'N B had a room with a Finnish sauna and a private deck. We LOVED our stay and enjoyed sitting out on the deck until late at night as the weather was warm and there were NO bugs yet. My husband used the Sauna a few times and enjoyed it. Cookies were ready when we returned from supper (YUM), and breakfast was wonderful! Thank you, Joan! Hope you had a wonderful birthday party. Victorian Swan on the Water is lovely.
