Very clean, new place. Nice, thick, over sized bath towels. Quality Toilet Paper and Kleenex, which is funny that I noticed it, but at the inn where we stayed the night before, the toilet tissue was very thin and the tissues were small and thin. Full kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker. I had to have my husband figure out how to start it both days we were there. WAYZ wanted us to go to Tavern Street which we never found. We finally took Railroad Street and it lead us to Manning Ave. I loved the history of the building, and Noel has shaped each room into something special. Massive Douglas Fir beams supported by patina iron poles run through the living quarters of each luxury suite serving to highlight the building's historical significance. We went to the Kickapoo Corners restaurant on US-61 Friday night, which serves breakfast all day. Great food. My brother and sister in law went back for breakfast both Saturday and Sunday mornings.

We were passing through the area and spent one night in the Freeman Suite. We were impressed by how spacious and clean the suite was. It was obvious that every detail had been given consideration from the art on the walls to the glassware provided, the bedding, towels, etc... In these strange times, contactless check-in/out worked great.
We appreciate the natural beauty of this area of Wisconsin and this inn is a perfect home base. We definitely plan to return.

This place was remarkable! Besides the basics of cleanliness, the decor in our steampunk room was very cool. Even for us old folk, we were digging it. Great touches all around. The location was nice as it is nestled in a local neighborhood instead of next to some major shopping district, etc.

For the price, you simply can't beat it. It's like a small, luxurious apartment with everything you need. A hotel room with this level of quality would cost 100s more.

Big kudos to the owners! You designed something special!

Gone are the days of the bounty of cool, clean, roadside motels that you could pull right up to and be at the door to your suite. Well, you have found it here! A modern, updated version located in a lovingly restored historic tobacco warehouse.

Noel and Harrison are attentive (but not too much so) hosts. The suites are thoughtfully appointed (gorgeous flowers abound from local farms), large and so comfy! Living room, full kitchen, shower/tub and bedroom ~ and great WiFi!

You will be surrounded by beauty of the Driftless region, miles and miles of gorgeous country roads to walk or ride right from the Inn. The Kickapoo is a short walk away too. I grabbed a book shortly after arriving and walked a short block to the beautiful park along the river and sat (for the first time in a while) for an hour.

Noel is also a "tree guru" and seasoned professional and purveyor of fruit trees and more. The property, in the spring through summer, is transformed into a tree nursery so be sure to pick out a few favs to purchase for home!

Hard to leave and can't wait to go back!

We stayed in the Davenport Suite for one night. You get a text with the code to enter your room. Our room was on the first floor and literally had to walk a couple of steps to get in. The room is decorated with old tobacco memorabilia and came with a full kitchen and two very comfortable queen beds. The owners are doing an excellent job in redoing this old tobacco warehouse. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice place to stay: clean, well appointed, easy check in and check out.
Would certainly stay again. Especially enjoyed the quietness of the place, very respectful of the guests. If traveling through this area of state I would recommend that you stay at the Tobacco Warehouse Inn.

This was a very quaint hotel in a beautiful area. The contactless check-in was easy; a simple keyless entry code was sent to my email. The suite was clean and comfortable and very spacious. The full kitchen held everything you may need to cook meals in the room (which I did not), with all full-sized appliances. Highly recommend.

This was a great discovery as we have family nearby. We stayed in the Barlow Suite for two nights. It was very clean and the king bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the rustic decor but modern touches, including several USB outlets, a wine cooler, mid-size refrigerator, microwave and hot plate. The bath was spacious and shower was a perfect height for my very tall husband. Loved the real glassware, dishes and silverware! There were pots and pans and everything you would need to do some basic cooking, plus coffee and tea and a Keurig. Very classy, well kept room that could easily double as a small apartment for a short time. Lovely little town with lots of interesting things to do close by. We highly recommend this Inn!

Very nice accommodations. The bed is very firm. Was too firm for us!
The suite was very clean. They could use floor lamps next to the sofa. The only lighting in that room was ceiling lights and just didn’t feel cozy and warm. Softer lighting by sofa would be nice. The suite kitchen was well supplied. They could use ice cube trays in the frig/freezer to make ice.
Overall, nice place to stay.

This place is fantastic! Clean rooms, great location! This was our second visit and we will certainly be back. Stay in room #3 which has everything you might need, two beds, a full kitchen, a nice living room-type area. The price is unbeatable and the owners could not be nicer!
