Selected this BnB after many trips to Door County. We were not disappointed! It’s a space that is small, quaint and well appointed with an exceptional location to downtown Sister Bay. The breakfasts are creative and healthy and served with a delicious cup of ‘wake-me-up’ coffee. Sara and Collin have created a memorable place that offers visitors a wonderful respite.

Collin and Sara are the perfect hosts. They are both highly educated (which we love). Sara has a Masters in Education and Collin has a law degree. They both cook and have established a great balance in the workload of a B&B. They are genuinely outgoing, happy people. The Inn is well decorated and quaint. The porch seating area is great. Coffee is brought out before breakfast for early risers. Breakfast-simply amazing. Collin and Sara alternate cooking-both are great. Both cooks provide fresh ingredients to their repertoire and they don’t disappoint. Our room was perfect and very “fresh”/updated. Frankly, it looked like it had just been painted, but I don’t think it was. The bathroom was a bright white and very clean, as was the entire room. The queen bed was extremely comfortable. There is ample parking right in front of the B&B, so you are never more than a few car lengths away from the Inn. We had a tremendous experience after a 20 year hiatus from Door County. We will definitely return to the Inn; my only disappointment is that they aren’t open throughout the entire Winter, otherwise I would already be booking our next trip!!

If you want a spotless place to stay with charming innkeepers who want to impart info so you can have a great experience in the whole community, and their own location close to anywhere you want to be on the door this is the place for you! but if you like a nice breakfast strata you will not find it here just plan to get that elsewhere. Rates are affordable so you can drive or walk to multiple places to get it. I'm a meat and potatoes gal, they were too healthy for me. If you like spring greens lettuce and a dollop of peanut butter on a waffle it's for you! The breakfast was very disappointing both mornings I was there, but other than that I give it a 10!

Thanks for the information! We REALLY wish you had told us you are a "meat and potatoes" person. We want our guests to love what they eat, and would have been more than happy to accommodate, and have had that type of request in the past. That is the exact reason we ask every guest about dietary restrictions...putting something on the plate you would enjoy is what we strive to do. We are sorry our breakfasts were very disappointing to you, but would love another opportunity. We believe are breakfasts are unique and something you won't experience everyday, but also realize that isn't for everyone. However, if we aren't told, we don't know to change. If you come back, please let us know how you like to eat and we would love to do that. Other than that, we are glad you enjoyed the rest of the experience. Cheers!

Have visited 4 times and each time experienced consistently high quality food (Waseda Farms brats), Mac&cheese waffles and fresh out of the garden salads. Nice selection of beer and wine too. Will return and recommend to check it out.

This was our first stay and we were lucky enough to be able to stay in two different rooms for our two nights. Sara and Collin were so kind and helpful even before we arrived. They are both so easy to talk to and provide excellent insider recommendations of what to do in the Sister Bay area. The rooms are cozy and decorated to match their names. We loved how comfortable the beds were! The highlight is the breakfast. It is INSANE. We raved about it and are still thinking about it. They use local ingredients to make a breakfast that you probably have not tried before. If you haven't stayed here yet, you need to!
