Ferry B&B is such a great place and the highlight is the lovely owner Olivia. We came for 2 nights with 2 kids (6,8) - It's a very historic place, you can see and feel the history at every corner of the place and it have lots of character and charm. - It is also spotless, so clean and tidy....

Disappointment about this place. Even It‘s an old charming property. Olivia the manager is friendly. Breakfast is very good. The bed to sleep in is O.K. About the room, very small, the facilities, very disappointing. To go to the bathroom and toilet you have to go outside the room, that is a nuisance. The room we were allocated in, doesn’t...

We booked late to get the last of the spring skiing. We were blown away by the presentation and location of this delightful ex-pub. Dan and Olivia were the most attentive hosts, ably supported by Marcus, the German baker (the occasional Brekky chef). We had a week in the family room (a double room, single room, and separate bathroom), and...

We had a super experience here. Our hosts Olivia and Dan really add to the wonderful time here at this Bed and Breakfast. Having a great host is what makes a bed and breakfast experience so much more enjoyable than staying in a hotel. From the fantastic home made breads at breakfast to the cozy fire to the comfortable rooms,...

We booked The Ferry online for a stay of 3 nights in February. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Olivia who made us feel at home straight away, offering us tea & homemade cake which was delicious. We stayed in the ensuite room which also had access to the pretty front terrace.Olivia & Dan are exceptional hosts as are...

We just spent three nights here & it was wonderful. Olivia & Dan were fantastic hosts. They were able to offer some great suggestions of where to go & what to do. Nothing was any trouble to them. We had the room with the attached ensuite (the other two rooms share a bathroom), it was spacious & lovely. Breakfast each...

We have just had 2 nights at this lovely B&B. Olivia& Dan were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The house is cosy and quaint . You can relax and unwind of an evening just sitting on the front porch . A real find that would be hard to beat.

We just left Ferry Bed and Breakfast behind this morning and we were very sad that our stay was over. Olivia and Dan were the perfect hosts and made sure that our stay was very special and that we had everything we wanted and needed. The house itself is so cute and comfortable and we immediately felt at home. Olivia...

“Master room was delightful with an old "pull the chain loo", ensuite and roomy. Double room was lovely with a view of the garden. Shared bathroom for our group wasn't a problem. Twin room was quite small, good for kids, and friends, beds comfy and it worked. I would swap the beds to head and tail if possible. Or perhaps put in a set of bunks. Shared Bathroom.”
