I haven't heard a word from them. In an email to them I even offered proof from a doctor stating he had a life threating illness and could not possibility be able to travel. Really would be very cautious about booking ahead... More

Really would be very cautious about booking ahead. I owned a business I certainly would have never treated a customer that way. Sadly we were actually looking for a place in Wisconsin on a lake to be able to visit yearly on vacation. Guess they didn't want our business.
