March 2023 Wonderful, wonderful stay!!! From the moment we walked into this hotel we were treated special. The friendly, warm welcome was a great way to start. Next we unpacked our bags and had delicious soup and warm cherry pie. What a surprise! The bed and bedding was comfortable. We were on 1st floor about half way down the hall. We heard very little noise from within our room. The morning breakfast spread was unlike any other! Beginning with the good morning greeting from the extraordinary "cook", to the yummy omelets she made (and delivered to our table), and all the other offerings, we couldn't have asked for a better way to start our day..... Other than to end it with warm cookies!! Service is what this hotel is all about, and they hit it right on the bullseye! Thank you for making our stay at your hotel one of a kind!!! We'll be back, no doubt!!…

This is a fantastic hotel when you want to relax. We booked a room with the chair massager in the room -- what an unexpected delight after a day full of driving. The staff was incredibly helpful with recommendations for supper, a neat online kiosk with ideas for food, hiking, sights, shopping, etc. The breakfast was beyond compare -- not only homemade omelets, but every type of pastry a person could want, along with other hot and cold offerings. If you couldn't find something to eat for breakfast, you were just being picky!!! The nightly sundae bar and the cheese tastings were truly appreciated as well. This hotel is truly service- and customer-oriented. A true gem.

The staff goes above and beyond to make sure youre comfortable. Beds and pillows are so nice, and make a an exceptional place to stay. Snacks throughout the day, and an excellent breakfast prepared by Darla. Great spread! We booked here due to family emergency, River Districts staff and Leader, Brenda, showed so much empathy, welcomed us with hugs. Really amazing. They helped us so much during our grieving process.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms. We enjoy the breakfast and evening snacks. My kid loves the pool area. We visit Prairie many times a year. When it isn't camping season, we stay here. Like that we can walk to restaurants.

The hotel is welcoming, with food available in the lobby, the fireplace going, people visiting. Our room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, but we could have used another blanket, to keep warm. In the morning, the breakfast was pretty impressive. Made to order food, plus the usual breakfast offerings. They definitely aim to please at this hotel.

Love this place. Best breakfast around, homeade food, cook to order omelets, french toast and pancakes. The front staff is always so nice! The pool was really nice and had pool toys in it for the kids to play with.

The staff is the best trained. Everyone went out of there way to make our stay memorable. Char- Brenda-Lois we’re a few of the shining stars. The hotel was the cleanest I have ever been too. We can not thank everyone enough for all their hard work

I stayed here due to weather and 10/10 is what I would rate my stay! Very clean. Extremely nice and helpful staff. The owners are humble and kind. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Pool is clean and nice. Food is delicious. The environment is very warm and welcoming. Very family oriented. There are games. It’s close to restaurants, bars and shopping if that’s your thing. I highly recommend you to stay here! Bring your family.

The beds are so comfortable. Rooms are always clean and nicely decorated. They offer excellent food throughout the day. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. Darla, the breakfast chef is wonderful and always upbeat.
