Very nice and comfortable. Everything you would want. Nice and quiet. Professional service. The morning breakfast is incredible. The host gets up at 1:30 in the morning to prepare. This was the most pleasant surprise of this place. The lobby is very nice but thought the television with religious music was a little distracting. Sorry. But highly recommended

Our stay was amazing - very home like feel and super clean throughout. Rooms were spacious, quiet and had everything you could think of. Breakfast was great! Location was near almost everything and within walking distance. Will stay again!

This was originally an Americinn. This is actually important knowledge as it was built as an Americinn. Much better soundproofing than other hotels. Beware the "Americinn" that is also in PDC. It is just a remodeled Bridgeport Inn. Besides the soundproofing, the breakfast buffet is top notch with a chef cooking omelets to order.

This is a one of a kind hotel which goes beyond to demonstrate that they want you to have a good time at the hotel. An email before you arrive, ice cream in the evening, Jig saw puzzle in the works in the lobby, Coffee, granola bars and water in the room and a great breakfast! with made to order omelets and fresh baked muffins! Our room was ample and clean. Reception helped with dinner options on a Tuesday when most places were closed.

First I want to say the hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and a step above the average hotel fair. The cheese and crackers were okay. My hubby really liked the cookies, ice cream and mile at night. My issue came with the front desk help. We arrived a couple of hours early and stopped by the hotel to see if we could check in. After waiting 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk. I asked if we could check in and received a "NO". It wasn't a let me see if your room is ready, just a no. We spent the next hour and half checking out the attractions for the next day only to determine that we really didn't need 3 days in the area. When we went back to check in I asked if we could cancel our second night to be told NO you booked on line so you cant cancel the second night, if you had called us directly it wouldn't have been a problem. We stayed but spent the second day down in Dubuque. It is really to bad that the front desk staff doesn't attempt customer service.
