My husband and I attempted to stay here with our two friends. I called on a Friday night looking for something the next evening. I Asked the guy on the phone what they had available he told me he had one king suite room and one room that had two queen beds. I told him that I needed the one...

This was a very nice hotel and the man at the front desk was SUPER nice! Gave us good advice where to eat, and was always right there with a good morning, or hello. Had a nice little breakfast. Rooms were nice. It gets a good review from our group!

As others have said, the rooms are outdated but clean. The pillows are THE WORST I have ever had, and I've traveled a lot. I don't know where anyone would go to buy a pillow so hard, unfluffy, and heavy. Like sleeping on a brick. The air conditioner was also one of those that runs for about 15 seconds every...

The Bridgeport is a terrible hotel. The rooms are outdated, musty/humid, dirty, and the sheets are paper thin & scratchy. The picture below shows how thin the sheets are. Furthermore, the man working at the front desk was a complete jerk. Last of all, there is liter all around the outside of the hotel from tons of cigarette butts to...

Nice and clean. A bit highly priced but cold air conditioning, clean room and towels. Nice and quiet. NO complaints from me. Pool and hot tub worked great. We will return! Manager was very friendly. Free breakfast of donuts and coffee... enjoyed our stay!

Pluses: Decent rate, good-sized, clean rooms, good wifi, had a pool, free breakfast, nice, helpful staff. Minuses: A bit smoky/musty smelling, in need of cosmetic updates and new televisions which are still analog. Overall, good deal for the money. We felt safe and rested after our stay.

Traveling with my dad for Oshkosh season! Woohoo! Read whole review if you want, here's the overview... - specifically ask for the price of EACH night you're staying (will quote you the cheaper price on the phone then charge you more for subsequent nights, if he can). - wifi doesn't work except for AT the front desk--not useful unless you're...

We stick with the chains usually as one can usually get predictable lodging with fewer surprises. After standing in the Walmart parking lot for a half hour trying to secure lodging for the night with no luck ( leafers ! we didn't know that was a thing but they filled the local hotels on a Monday night ) we just...

The room was $154 for the night. Room smelled so bad my clothes smelled of tobacco next morning. They said we got breakfast. Has anyone had a chocolate covered donut from those Vending machines. Noise in the room kept end us up all night. Noise was from air conditioner and who knows what else.

Overall the hotel was okay, and if we were to return and the AmericInn were full we would consider staying here again, it would not be our first choice. The hotel is incredibly out dated in their decor, our air conditioner was loud and every time it kicked in, I woke up! Beds could use new mattresses, lacking any kind...
