The Ridge has started to show its age. But... the rooms were clean and the staff was quite helpful. The kids had a lot of fun at the pool and the restaurant, Dino's was on site and AOK. Dino's Pub is quite friendly and well stocked.

First of all, we got a decent senior rate. However, considering they didn't serve breakfast, it was about what we pay in other motor inns/hotels. Secondly, we have stayed in a place worse than this only once. The carpet was old and consequently quite dirty. The baseboard areas were very dirty, maybe because they don't have a hose attachment to... More

The staff was very friendly, but this hotel is the dirtiest property I have ever stayed in. In the six different rooms I was in, the carpets were badly stained and coming apart from the edge of the walls. Rooms all smelled very badly which is covered up by some sort of spray deodorant. Hasn't been renovated in 40 years.... More

Although the staff is pleasant and there is a gym as well as a restaurant on site, I was not impressed with the condition of my room. My door had a broken "lock" you know the one you use to prop open your door so you can run down to the ice machine. Speaking of the ice machine, I was... More

My husband and I come to this hotel a lot for business and the hotel staff, especially Joe, are very friendly. The rooms and prices are great! The pool is awesome! Dino's restaurant is very delicious and friendly too! I would recommend staying here to anyone! Great place for kids too!

We came in real late and found this hotel. Glad we did because it was the only room left in the entire state! An old, rundown hotel, but clean and quiet! Thanks for a great nights sleep. I only wish there was a phone number attached to Trip Advisor so I could have found it quicker.

I won't say it's a beautiful place. The wallpaper in our room was peeling off the walls and the TV was too big for the stand it was on and had to be angled weirdly sideways. Also, the view out our room looked toward a Goodwill and a Wal-Mart. However! All we needed was a place to sleep and the... More

Hotel could use a little updating, but all in all I had a comfortable, nice stay. Great location. Near everything. Lots of places in walking distance. Wish they offered a free breakfast, but Dino's next door/attached has great breakfast at a reasonable price. Staff was fantastic. Free breakfast would have raised my overall rating. Nice gym has everything you need.... More

Enroute to Cape Cod first day into the burn of a 5 day trip. Rate was reasonable. Room basic but clean. I always put out the Do Not Disturb notice as you are likely to be woken up very early by housekeeping.

Clean room, could use some remodeling, but the customer service was fantastic. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the pool/hot tub/sauna were closed, and I didn't know it would be. After 16 hours of work I was looking forward to the hot tub. And I wasn't fond of housekeeping knocking on my door and waking me up... More
