This place was terrible the elevator was broke, the room smelled horrible, the bathroom handle keeped falling off, the night front desk kid was not nice and had a terrible attitude the free breakfast was cold and tasted terrible the orange juice was warm this place sucks I’ve stayed at places for was less and were much better

We come just for a getaway. Yes the sheets and towels are a bit thin and should be replaced. The room always smells a bit musty and the TV is old. But I think the cost is reasonable for what you get. Bonus that there are restaurants you can walk to. I don't think the area is not safe...we never had an issue over the many years we have been coming. We will come again.

Great stay--very friendly staff. I broke the chain on my purse and went to the front desk to get a paper clip, the manager was there and got a pliers and fixed it for me! Above and beyond service! I would definitely stay here again!

Room was very clean. No issues with staff. Pool was open until 11 which was nice as we had a room right off the pool. The same girl that checked is in was the one that closed the pool. We asked if we could be in the pool area after close as our rooms were connected. She informed us that we could not and that they usually have people who try and the hotel really can't have it. It was nice to see a young person who seemed to care about her job and the business she worked for. I'm not sure if she was a supervisor but she seemed to deserve the title. Thank you for the stay.

Nathan at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! After a rough day traveling, Nathan made me feel like I was home. Very pleasant and seemed happy to be at work. My room was super comfortable and CLEAN. The mattress seemed to be new & felt like sleeping on a cloud. TONS of comfortable pillows was a plus! The pool/ hot tub room was a dream come true - and it stays open LATE. Again, clean & comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was great. Good selection of hot breakfast items. No complaints about my stay. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in the area! Many thanks to the entire stay for making my stay a great experience! And as an added bonus, Nathan was again on duty when I checked out!

I stayed in room 136 poolside Laura T unrully children in pool parents drinking and not watching their kids while they were taking over the hot tub. Kids slamming wet towels on ground making very loud noise Front desk staff did not even care my daughter complained to no avail. Playing hotel games down the hallways extremely loud they were slamming the bowling balls into guest room doors. Breakfast lady not friendly I have stayed here twice before and loved it! Josh was a very good front desk person too bad he does not work there anymore. Room could have been cleaned better as well. not staying here anyMore so sad😢

Against my better judgement, we changed our reservation at the last minute for this hotel instead of the Marriott West to save a little money. The mixed reviews online are absolutely accurate. The staff is friendly and while the place is technically "clean" it's badly in need of updates. The carpets, the shower curtains, the towels (had holes in them - like cigarette burns almost), the heater, the paint and wallpaper. It looks like it's never had updates. Not all plugs actually work unless switches are on - watch that for your phones! Heating unit is incredibly noisy! Hotel hot tub heater is mixed at best - it was like taking a warm bath at best. They said the heater isn't working consistently. It feels like a hotel for locals to take their kids in the winter to give them a pool break. And for that, sure. But if you're a traveler looking for respite while away for work, family or other events, this just isn't that nice of a space. I would not stay here again, no matter the price. …

We had heard good things about Wildwood Lodge in Pewaukee. We were so disappointed. The sheets were thin and pilled. The room was dirty. We waited 20 minutes for a worker to show up and check us in. There was rarely a worker in the building. People were propping the doors open with rocks to smoke. The pool area was disgusting. The hot tub was lukewarm. We will never stay there again.

The hotel, it's rooms, and the pool area were all very spacious and extremely clean. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub especially with the adult only evening hours. Breakfast was great and staff were very attentive throughout our stay.
