I stayed here earlier on this year whilst my partner was in Spire Lea Hospital having an operation - we was due to travel back to Manchester the night of his operation however he was advised not to travel so I rang Rose Corner on a last minute thing. The lady there could not be more helpful, I told her...

The warmth and friendliness of the hosts made our weekend break. The rooms were comfortable, very clean and well maintained with a good selection on the hospitality trays. The water cooler on the landing was a brilliant touch. It was lovely to find a B and B that welcomed children. Our granddaughter was very well catered for and Wendy even...

A pleasant welcome, and asked to leave my breakfast form on the dresser, then taken up to my room. Room perfectly adequate in size, with a huge en suite. I personally don't much go for carpet in bathrooms, but the place was spotless. Lovely fresh linen, soft fluffy towels, and even a strip across the toilet to show that it...

Only stayed for a night, could easily have been more. Cathy is a friendly and welcoming host; location is very peaceful - the perfect detox after a hard weekend in London for me however the village and pubs aren't far away; room well appointed with comfy bed, TV, wi-fi etc. Would stay again.

I only stayed a night but not only did they allow me to check in early they also got my room ready early. The room was very nice and roomy and the location spectacular. The communal breakfast was incredible value for money and very nice.

I spent three days at Rose Corner and it was exactly what I was looking for. Wendy welcomed me with a big smile and printed information on EVERYTHING I needed: restaurants, sightseeing, bus timetables, activities, maps... The place was charming: my room was clean and cozy, with complementary tea, coffee and biscuits on the bedside table. There was a kettle,...

I stayed at Rose corner for one night, this is an excellent bed & breakfast, very clean, comfortable bed, great freshly cooked breakfast and a friendly helpful host. This B&B is conveniently located close enough to Cambridge to allow easy access to the city centre (20mins at 8:45am), but also far enough away to feel completely relaxed.

We were delighted. The location is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are clean and pretty. There is even a large and nicely furnitured common room and a garden that can be used. The owners, Wendy and Mick, are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The english breakfast is very tasteful. Thumbs up!

The outstanding feature of this B&B is the friendliness of the hosts. They go out of their way to make everyone welcome and encourage their guests to share experiences. There was a German family there and a single German girl also when I stayed. About 5 miles from the centre of Cambridge the house is at the end of a...
