I stayed in Manderley B&B for 3 days back in August, 2012. The grand house itself is a museum of early American living. I spent most of the time in the house, lingering along its hallways, stairwells, living room, library, and dining room, all of which revealed a strong sense of history. Yes, true, there is a "Historic Site" sign...

My husband and I have stayed in a variety of B&Bs over the years in different places, and sometimes the hosts are a little "eccentric". The hosts at Manderley bed-and-breakfast are very warm and very kind, and made us feel welcome. They were very generous with their time and worked around our schedule. The house is just delightful, the breakfasts...

Beautifully maintained Victorian home with amazing breakfast! Plenty of variety with fresh ingredients and luxurious presentation. Also able to adapt to food allergies! The location was very convenient, and secure off street parking appreciated. Very close to the Third Ward District and Bay View areas that have fun shops and great dining options.

Cool B&B loaded with history. The place is very small with only 4 rooms. The owners pride themselves with personal services. A real homemade breakfast is included with your nights stay with coffee and juice. The house is filled with many cool antiques. For something different try this place.

We stayed at the Manerley B&B one night when we were passing through Milwaukee. The hosts are very nice and helpful. The inside is what you'd expect from a B&B created out of an old Victorian house. We had a window A/C unit a sink in the room with the bed and a shower in what was probably a closet....

As has been stated in other reviews, the house is in a "transitional" neighborhood. Don't let that dissuade you from staying at the Manderley. Andrew and Marie go out of their to make you feel comfortable. The house has an interesting history that they will share with you, and the renovation they have done is very nice. Rooms and public...

Charming all around. Breakfast was outstanding. Hosts were delightful. This not a complaint, merely a suggestion: a couple of small shelves in the bathroom of Sophie's room would be appreciated. The pedestal sink is beautiful, but there's no counter space for personal toiletries. Other than this one tiny thing, Manderley B&B is highly recommended.

We were in town for a Motorcycle National Convention. Upon arriving at 9pm,we noticed my husband's back tire looked very low, he had picked up a piece of metal on our way there. The gentleman of the house got out his air compressor and stood out there willing to help with any other tools we needed. And again, the next...

A beautiful Victorian era mansion with wealth of custom stained glass and multiple fireplaces. Located in an interesting city neighborhood close to Marquette University and downtown. Lovely room with excellent mattress! One of the best B&B breakfasts we've ever had. Hosts extremely helpful with tips on sights, parking and restaurants. Would definatly stay again.

We had booked here due to reviews. We drove up and were amazed at how shabby the building looks. Nothing like in their pictures. Weeds and overgrown yard. Paint peeling from windows. Neighborhood transitional at best and nowhere near downtown as described on Expedia. We were booked for two nights and asked for one night refund due to how disappointed...
