Great european style hotel and pub. Very reasonable weekday rates if you're there on business; off-street parking; close to Grohmannn Museum at MSOE. Superb weekend brunch (missed it this trip, but great Irish breakfast fare and Bloody Marys you'll write home about.) Open for dinner seven days-superb selection of brews on tap (and a few you might have not yet heard of) and a very decent collection of Irish Whiskeys (and other spirits). They must be doing something right-regulars appear like clockwork nearly every day. Been there before; when travel takes me to Milwaukee I'll visit again.
This is a very Irish type bar. Enjoyed being there and felt like I was in Ireland! I will definitely go back. They also have a very good stash of good whiskey and beer. The staff was very good and the people that were there definitely enjoyed themselves. I will definitely go back and have some more of their Irish whiskey!.
Restaurant, Irish Bar, and beautiful rooms all together in one B&B. County Clare boasts "the best Guinness pour in Wisconsin" and while it does deliver, your bartenders will be the real star of the show. Great food (try the Rueben rolls!) and occasionally live music. The rooms are also five star, and BONUS...just steps away from all the fun. Thanks County Clare for a great time!
So perfect for a couple sneaking away. Fantastic staff, cookies when you check in. Parking out back. Amazing food in the restaurant below. Live entertainment on Friday nights. Easy to walk around to other locations too
Very nice room with a jetted 2 person tub. Bed was comfy and cozy. Restaurant and bar are cozy also. Only draw back is the parking lot is very small so you may have to double park and leave keys with the desk.
