Hotel is okay, but there is room for improvement. Location is great, food in the cafe was very good. Carpet in room was dirty and bathroom needs a deep clean. It was quiet at night though. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Our recent stay at The Plaza was wonderful. If you prefer accommodations that are not cookie cutter this the place. Wonderful to have a room with a kitchen! The lobby is beautiful, wish it would have been warm enough to use the courtyard.

Recently stayed at the Plaza and must say the staff was great. Gave us a complimentary ride to the Bucks game. What didn't go as well was waking up to blood stain sheets. Didn't notice till morning, but pretty disgusting. It was a few spots and just left a bad taste in our mouth from the stay.

Excellent and warm service. Immaculate rooms, bath and kitchen. Lovely café. Simple but lovely aged building. Excellent market across the street from the back entrance. Real keys! I agree with other reviewers, Jennifer and Bonnie.

The Plaza is a wonderful place to stay. It's like a little apartment in the middle of a big city. I love the art deco style as well. We stayed here two nights and everywhere we wanted to go was only a few minutes away by car. The price was very good and parking was $15 per night. We'd definitely...

This truly is a hidden gem. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. Accommodations are great and the hotel is quiet. Convenient to all downtown events. Not a "chain" hotel. You are truly a guest.Restaurant is also a big plus.

Stayed for a last minute, unplanned Saturday night stay. The rate was high, but fair, because the room was very unique, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchenette was superb, and the bathroom was great. Finally the cafe was an exceptional way to spend Sunday brunch!

Cozy, charming hotel with very friendly and personable staff. The price was reasonable and the service excellent. The hotel provided a much more comfortable feel than a large chain location. I will stay here on any subsequent trips to Milwaukee.
