Valet parking is a $40 per day surprise with no apparent self-parking options. I paid extra to have access to Concierge Floor, which I wouldn't do again. There isn't a concierge floor, they just give you access to a room on the 2nd floor that has some very light snacks and sodas, not worth the extra money.Hello! Thank you so much for your kind review. This is the friendliest Marriott I've stayed at and always have a great experience. The entrance/lobby has a WOW factor like no other. So much space for guests. The restaurant/bar had absolutely delicious food and cocktails! The hotel staff was second to none on hospitality!! This very pleasant young lady (Natalie) went above and beyond to make my airline crew layover extra pleasant! I’m addition to assuring accommodation and contacting my crew mates with a slight modification in our departure time, she made a great suggestion for me to go out for lunch. She has a wonderful customer service personality and I’m sure is an asset to your team! I also found the bed to be extremely comfortable after a long day and the cleaning lady cheerfully gave me extra coffee for my room. Well done Marriott!

Front desk staff and restaurant staff were amazing, got us into our rooms early and were accommodating with meal choices, however the mattress was pretty uncomfortable, rooms were a little dirty and my son and his family needed Bell Hop service Sunday morning and the hotel had no one on duty, which made for a difficult departure especially with a fairly active one year old. they had been to friends wedding and traveling with one year old had a lot of luggage. over all good hotel without adequate staffing.

This was our first visit to Milwaukee and we loved it stay in true city and our stay at the downtown Marriott. The best part was the staff, who were friendly and professional. The location was excellent and we were very impressed by the vibe in downtown Milwaukee! We also took in a Brewers game - Fun.

The Milwaukee Marriott BonVoy exceeded all my expectations on a recent stay. It's location in the Eastowne area, gives you access to downtown bars, restaurants and entertainment venues, as well as lakefront activities, including the many festivals. It is also easy walking to the trendy/funky Historic Third Ward area (Sweet Diner for breakfast). The hotel itself is nicely appointed and well maintained. The room was nicely furnished and immaculate clean, with beds and bedding being good quality and very comfortable. Over my three day stay, all staff were wonderful to interact with and extremely attentive. There are several major hotels in this area now, but the Marriott will be my first go to when returning to Milwaukee.

Good location and friendly employees at reception. As a longtime Titanium Member having access to the concierge lounge is a nice extra. But not this time. Quite disappointed with the low quality/quantity of the food in the concierge lounge. The variety of the breakfast was poor, the coffee was terrible, no "fresh" juice just minute maid in a bottle from the refrigerator. The last two mornings we went over to Pfister Hotel for a great breakfast. But before heading to the Pfister we stopped into the dingy and dark East West Rest. Took a look at the menu and after sitting for 10 min without any service left. The evening "reception" had nothing worth eating and the red wine was cheap and undrinkable. The room and bathroom where clean and the bed was comfortable. There a number of other nice hotels in the same area which might be a better choice.…

This hotel is in an incredibly noisy area. On Friday and Saturday nights, the Lucid Lounge next door has a permit to block the street for late night car shows. These shows start around 11 PM and go until 3 AM judging by the incredible noise they produce. We were on the 8th floor and got no sleep. Manager told me nothing can be done. If you enjoy late night engines revving, cars spinning out and drag racing then this hotel is for you. I will not be back. This area of town seems to be dangerous after dark.

After speaking with the Front Desk Manager, I understand that she was able to award 10,000 points to your Marriott Bonvoy account for your experience. I know she also tried to speak to the police officers outside to try to limit the noise, but did not get anywhere with them. I'm sorry we were not able to do more to prevent this. Have a good day.

I had such a special stay at the Milwaukee Marriott Downtown and every single team member treated me with warmth and hospitality. I had one of the most stressful work trips to date and could not have gotten through the week without the incredible team at this property. Some notable names of the team members who helped make my stay so special (this is not 100% comprehensive, but I did try and grab everyone’s names that I could throughout my stay!): *Maya checked me in *Jade from the front desk who overheard my love for New Glarus and brought me a gorgeous welcome amenity of Spotted Cow! *Terrell was the initial valet who greeted me and helped me with my bags *Van was the departing valet guy who helped me with my multiple bags *Jalen who brought an additional luggage rack and laundry bags to my room *Ben at the Front Desk *Brooklyn Deprez at the Front Desk who I coordinated with multiple days in a row for urgent/timely business needs *Neysa at the front desk—(I believe it was Neysa who introduced me to Markey’s Technology late night on Tuesday when we desperately needed to rent audio gear for the next day because our gear was stuck in a different city/hadn't made the flight connection. Literally getting introduced to Markey’s (Ken Yerkes and Jake Miller) totally saved the day for us on Wednesday.) *Thomas, Night Auditor *Veronica at the front desk The old saying goes that people will never forget how you made them feel…I can truly say I always felt very taken care of, looked after, and supported unconditionally. I also forget who at the Front Desk offered me a complimentary Kind Bar the morning of the big presentation I pulled an all nighter for (one I was given less than 12 hours notice to learn/prep), but I remember appreciating that small gesture so much. She overheard me speaking to my business partner, asking him over the phone to please grab me a coffee and something to eat (where I specifically suggested “a Kind Bar or something, please!”). I really just can’t say enough great things about how this property is run and how valued I felt as a loyal Bonvoy member and a guest. I would literally return just to be around the team! This is a true testament to the leadership team at this property and, of course, their Midwestern hospitality. I can’t thank you all enough for embracing me and lifting me up during my stay! This is our 3rd return to this hotel. Every time we have had such a great experience. The location is perfect proximity to walk to Summerfest, the market and restaurants. The staff (Jaide, Carly, Ben, Brooklynn, Brandon and the Operations manager) are 5 star employees and deserve recognition for teaming to provide the greatest experience. We lost the key to our vehicle but luckily had a back up key. The staff made it their mission to search the premises and finally found it deep in a chair. We are forever grateful. Thank you.
