The front desk staff especially Kristina were all very helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. Very interesting industrial design with towering ceilings and complementary furnishings. Our room came with a kitchenette which some might find handy with all the appliances even a dishwasher. The room was quiet as this is not a busy street. There is off-site parking but one does have to walk a block or so to access it which may be a problem at night or early in the morning although I saw no one suspicious at all. There is a breakfast to go which is adequate. Negatives are no bar on site and it is not right at the heart of the city. With a car this is no problem but check into public transportation options if you have no vehicle. Also, there is street parking at night if you call Milwaukee Parking Office and get permission.

Had a very bad experience on my visit here. I had problems checking in. The lady who was at the front was extremely rude. It was extremely busy. I tried to explain what I needed and she kept cutting me off and not letting me talk. I had to wait in a long line. No one seemed to know what they doing. None of the rooms seemed to be clean? What’s that about? I won’t be coming back again. If I want to be scolded and treated like they don’t need my business then I won’t be giving it to them. I understand good help is hard to find but really the substandard customer service I experienced was pretty shocking.

Stayed here as it looked to be something different than the normal hotels. Great piece of history that now is a nice hotel. Staff was friendly and rooms were nice. Only complaints were the parking garage is across the street and no valet was offered. There was no breakfast option other than a grab and go selection. We had to walk down the street to find an outlet offering a full breakfast. Although not a big deal the TVs in the room seemed small given the hotel seems fairly modern and new.

What a lovely historic hotel! We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! From Steve the doorman, who greeted us warmly and was so helpful to the wonderful staff who made our stay so comfortable. Our room was beyond our expectations, and the bride and grooms terrace room was incredible! Overall a most enjoyable stay! Thank you Brewhouse for making our event so great!

This is a great place to stay in Milwaukee in the heart of the brewery district. It is a beautiful hotel and the service was terrific. Everyone we met was so nice and went out of their way to help us. The decor is just perfect and captures the essence of the original Pabst Brewery. The 2nd floor has a great display of the original kettles (huge!) used at the brewery and is a must see. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious and have a very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this hotel and I know we'll stay there again on a return trip to Milwaukee.
