The location is nice and the front desk check in service personable and efficient I’ll start with the rolling cart for luggage. Terrible They are like shopping carts. No hanging space so we carried our hanging items The room... it was ok. Clean, beds are just mattresses on a slab but not too uncomfortable. The closet was very inefficient. Just a silly hook that was placed so low you cannot hang a dress without it dragging on the floor. No bathroom door...ugh! No one made up our room the following day and we had to go get towels and toilet paper late in the day Very noisy late at night. We were awakened several times after midnight to loud engine noise and thumping music. The lobby coffee was not available and cappuccino machine not cleaned or ready by 9:30 am. So, there are other choices downtown. We will choose a different place next time

This hotel was nice, clean, and in a great location. The only bad part was the weird layout of the room, but that was just how the bathroom was set up. There was a sliding door, separating the sink from the toilet. There was no door between the room and the sink. There was also a weird "window" up by the ceiling (it was frosted). With all in mind, you could hear everything that was going on in the bathroom (especially at night). Like I said, it was a really nice hotel otherwise. I'd stay here again.

This was our first stay at an Aloft hotel. We did like the location of the hotel in downtown Milwaukee. The one thing that was upsetting is that they do not have any parking on-site. You either have to use the valet ($30.00 for one night) and they park it in the parking structure 2 blocks away or you drive to the same structure and have to walk back to the hotel. Room layout was interesting, bed was comfortable. Drinks at the bar in the hotel were very pricey.

Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to let us know about your stay. Our Valet Parking rate is fair compare to our competitor hotels. I'm sorry our Team did not share with you other options for parking. Also thank you for letting us know what you think about the prices for our WXYZ Bar drinks. As teachable moment, I've shared feedback you provided to the appropriate team to ensure proper training is in place to better service our guests. We know this doesn't change the experience you had with us, but I really do hope we get a chance to service you again in the near future. Thank you,

Spent the weekend of March 17-19 at this property. I have been wanting to familiarize myself at the Aloft Milwaukee Downtown for quite some time because of the fabulous location. As a travel agent, this property checks off all the boxes that many of my weekend get away clients are looking for in a property. As I said the location is perfect, right in the heart of everything downtown has to offer. Shopping, nightlife, great dining and seconds from Milwaukee's Riverwalk. The property is clean, spacious guest rooms and upscale. The staff is welcoming and helpful. I cannot say enough how friendly and gracious everyone was. We were checked in by an outgoing gentleman named Trell and he was amazing. Check in is smooth and the valet service is great. If you are thinking of a Milwaukee getaway or business trip the Aloft Milwaukee Downtown will not disappoint.
