We booked a room at the Pfister at the last minute through a third party booking site. When we arrived, we were surprised and delighted by the old world grandeur of the hotel and impressed with the courteous and friendly front desk staff. There was a minor issue with our reservation which the staff resolved quickly and graciously. We were...

It was a last minute reservation for me and I was surprised how fast and professional the hotel found my solution. Once I arrived in the hotel I was amazed how beautiful the hotel was and greatly impressed by Ken at the front desk because he made us feel welcome. I took his advice about the club lounge and I...

By far, the best hotel I have ever stayed in. This is also the first time I have ever stayed in a five start hotel. Everything there was perfect. From the front desk (Eric and I believe the other lady was named Stephanie) to the concierge (Roc) to the bellman (Coke). First class all the way. I have never had...

The Pfister is my favorite hotel in Milwaukee. However, they exhibited a rare lack of ethics and poor service on this last trip. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable, the bathroom large enough, and the location the best. Yet Steve Marcus, the Marcus organization, and my fellow travelers, need to be informed about my issues. I booked and paid...

I stayed here for one night after the Brewers baseball game. The young guy that checked me in around 10 pm was very professional and helpful. The one bedroom suite I was assigned was clean, modern and very comfortable. Everything about this hotel was classy and upscale and this was made evident by the fact that the Cincinnati Reds baseball...

I loved this place when I frequently stayed here for work about 15 years ago. When my wife and I decided to stop in Milwaukee on a recent road trip I thought I'd splurge and stay at the Pfister on the Club Level. Although it wasn't cheap, it was a very good decision. The hotel is just as nice, if...

I've wanted to stay at the Pfister for years and finally had an opportunity to do so. The hotel is beautiful and rooms very comfortable. The service was excellent and fitness room well equipped. I particularly enjoy historic hotels and this is one of the best.

We've stayed at the Pfister Hotel several times and have always enjoyed it's presence, staff, and location. Classy place and close to everything Milwaukee has to offer makes it a destination hotel. My wife loves the high rise pool with views of the downtown. You can certainly get by cheaper. But go ahead-treat yourself.

The Pfister Hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in! The lobby is amazing, bustling with people dressed to the nines (and people not so elegantly dressed).
