We had a wonderful weekend stay at The Pfister Hotel. The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Our King Suite was clean and nicely appointed. The entire hotel was clean and welcoming. We had NO concerns with the hotel. It was the perfect place to stay---conveniently located to all downtown venues. Our room was a quiet, calm place to unwind between wedding activities. I highly

We wanted to have a special place to celebrate our birthday/ Father's day weekend so we looked to the Pfister. We had our weekend time called for so we went during the week. There were no crowds, though there was a wait at the check in for unknown reasons. We also scheduled time in the Spa, which was excellent. The room was beautiful and we were exceptionally comfortable. All in all a great experience.

Everything about the Pfister hotel says classy, without being stuffy. The service was excellent. The room was very comfortable and clean. The Water Street Grill on the first floor had a great happy hour we enjoyed - good food and excellent service. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the lakefront, the 3rd St. district, and the riverwalk. Many restaurants within walking distance (4-6 city blocks)
