An amazing and historic hotel. Very friendly staff, beautiful lobby (divine smell), clean and comfortable rooms, executive lounge was good and probably worth paying extra for the privilege, nice pool, great location - what more could you want?

HOTEL’S FAVORITE REVIEW
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 18, 2016 via mobile

From the stunning lobby to the spacious, well-appointed rooms, the Pfister Hotel is a wonderful experience at every level. Amazing staff like front office supervisor Ken Gjika, who remembered us every time he saw us in the hotel, to Concierges -- all super-helpful -- to the Cafe servers, all cheery and efficient. And every locale inside, including the great lobby... More

This hotel is beautifully decorated and full of art and history. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was well appointed with great linens and decoration as well. We had bar snacks and drinks in the Mason Street Grill bar and thoroughly enjoyed the live music there as well.

This was our first stay at the Pfister, just an overnight for the Brewers-Cubs game. Our kids, 8 and 6, were excited to stay at the fancy hotel with the pool, and they weren't disappointed. The pool on the 23rd floor has an amazing view of the lake and the city. It has enough room for 4 or 5 families... More

A fine hotel with clean, comfortable, well appointed rooms. The hotel is located in a very interesting area, walking distance to the magical Milwaukee Art Museum. But more than that, the art collection throughout the hotel was amazing. And best of all, are the two gentlemen at the concierge desk. They know the history of the hotel, the art work,... More

My fourth year to go to the Well Spa at the Pfister for my birthday. Again, an excellent massage by Hazel! The whirlpool bath, the lavender scrub and the massage were outstanding. And, then, it was capped off with a delightful chocolate dessert. I was pampered.

I had a conference at the Pfister last week. 3 nights. Usually our events are at a large brand name hotel. This stay was a very pleasant change. Nice rooms, nice conference facilities, good food, friendly staff especially in the lobby bar, and a terrific location. Blu, the top floor lounge, was a great place to hang out. I'd also... More

I have enjoyed staying at many hotels in downtown Milwaukee and looked forward to the Pfister on July 4th. Rooms were not ready and complementary drinks were offered. The bartender, a 50 year old lady (NO NAME BADGE) worked in slow motion. After a quarter hour went by, she greeted us and diverted to someone wearing a tux. "Who was... More

Stayed here for my girlfriend's brother's wedding. We had a great time! The hotel is truly a gem that is out of another era. The Staff is very accommodating, and the bartenders know how to pour a proper drink. We Stayed in the older section, which was straight out of the Grand Budapest Hotel. On the train ride up from... Was here for a business conference and hotel was superb. Able to cater meals to a crowd that were delicious and staff extremely professional. Rooms and atmosphere are charming. Pool and fitness room nice too. Only negative was housekeeping. They were very late every day and sloppy - bed covers just re-thrown on, toiletries not replaces.....not in line with the... More
