We spent 2 nights here for our daughter's wedding. We also had a room block for out of town and in town guests. The service here from being greeted at the door, check in and the lounge area is hard to beat. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Would recommend to anyone!

HOTEL’S FAVORITE REVIEW

From the stunning lobby to the spacious, well-appointed rooms, the Pfister Hotel is a wonderful experience at every level. Amazing staff like front office supervisor Ken Gjika, who remembered us every time he saw us in the hotel, to Concierges -- all super-helpful -- to the Cafe servers, all cheery and efficient. And every locale inside, including the great lobby... More

We had a wonderful experience from the time we walked in until we left. We had great views of the lake from our tower room. We had club access so we were able to enjoy Blu that evening, nothing better after a long drive than complimentary snacks and drinks. The breakfast was perfect and offered far more than a typical... We went here on our wedding night and they treated us like kings! first they gave us a free room upgrade. the breakfast down stairs was amazing and they ended up giving us that for free as well! The waitress was so kind she wouldn't even let us tip her. The room and view were amazing, very quiet and private.... More

The Pfister is hands down the most beautiful hotel in Milwaukee. From the momen you step into the lobby, you feel special. The staff, the rooms, restaurants were all superb. Great location, walking distance to many great restaurants, the lake, downtown. Having a spa on location was definitely a plus!

The tower room provided a great view of the lake. The location was walking distance to fine restaurants. The concierge Mortenson was very helpful in many ways. The historic hotel lobby provides a warm friendly atmosphere. It's just a great place to stay in Milwaukee..

The Pfister is an absolutely beautiful historic hotel built in 1893. The lobby is stunning with several original works of art and the original gas fireplace. Everyone of the staff we interacted with were friendly, helpful, & professional. Demarco was great, funny, and an all around nice guy! Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. Included with our room was... More

What a unique experience! The lobby is gorgeous and has been very well maintained. The ornate ceilings, wrought iron staircase, and other period-correct items are beautiful. The staff is first-rate and provides first-class service with a smile. We stayed in the "new" section and our room was great. We were on the 21st floor and had a great view of... More

Charming and comfortable rooms in a great downtown location with walkable shops and restaurants, above and beyond front desk service and very reasonable prices at the Blu lounge. We like it here and will be back!

This is my second time in Pfister Hotel. I really like this hotel. It is great location and customer service is on high level. I would like if they have breakfast, but it is nice Starbucks cafe near lobby. The rooms are really clean and big. Stay on track 😉
