We try to stay at the Pfister at least once a year hopefully more often. The staff is great, rooms are always so clean and we love exploring the Milwaukee night life they are close to everything, we missed the happy hour but that is due ot covid it was closed but that is ok
We didn't hesitate with our plans to once again stay at the Pfister to celebrate our anniversay, even in the midst of the covid pandemic. Every precaution immanageable was taken and we felt completely safe at all times. The service was excellent as always and our celebration was wonderful. Dining at Mason Street Grill was also excellent and their Covid adjustments were impressive
We celebrated our anniversary at the Pfister. The cleaning protocolas were meticilous! There was a lot of effort displayed in maintaining safety measures. As always, service was impeccable. The staff were attentive, friendly and thoughtful. Check in staff were very helpful and provided outstanding customer service. From the time we checked in to the time we departed we had a wonderful experience. Spa Service and time listening to music in the Lobby Lounge was relaxing. Our breakfast in the Cafe Pfister was delicious. At a time when so much has changed.it was so reassuring to know that Pfister has remained the same extraordinary place it has always been. Kelly,Cole and Dimarco went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Thank you to all staff who made our celebration special! …
Took daughter to Pfister for old time Christmas celebration for her 14th bday. Everything 1st class w super friendly people. Spa was great, beautiful decorations and views of the city. Great venue with top notch service. We'll be back.
i ate in the hotel diner and it was lovely and gracious. Just have caution in the immediate area- aggressive homeless are around and can be intimidating. I was not a hotel guest but have heard its a terrific hotel.
