Most things walking distance for us so good location. Terrible Wifi log onto once after that couldn't get back on. Called front desk and got no where. One of the two elevator we rode out was getting stuck between floors got off ASAP and used stairs as much as possible. Rooms were clean good breakfast. Reasonable price even with paying... More

I had my doubts, sure enough I was right. We walked into a dark, dingy lobby that smelled like cigarettes. Our room was non-Smoking, but for some reason smelled like cigarettes. The room was VERY small and the bathroom even smaller. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet! I just didn't feel like I was in a clean... More

The service at the Park East Hotel is horrible, and they do not have parking for all guests. We booked there on a Saturday evening because we were going to be in town for dinner and a concert. We arrived and I went in to ask where to park while my boyfriend circled the block, as there's no loading zone,... More

We stayed here for one night while visiting Milwaukee. For the price we paid, we had a good value for our stay. I wouldn't want to spend a lot of time hanging out in the room, for a family of four it is a bit on the small side and the tv channels were limited, but we didn't have unrealistic... More

I went during Summerfest: -There was no parking at the hotel. When I called and asked where to park, knowing that there were no spots on the street during the Fest, the girl told me "you will have to circle the city until you find something" and she was pretty abrupt and rude about it. I asked for a refund... More

It is old and dated but for the price it was ok. The bathroom light kept making an old crackle noise as it flickered on and off. The fridge froze our drinks. My friend stuck her foot in the elevator to stop it and it would not open. Her foot was stuck and we had to press the button to... More

This is a fairly ugly hotel, outside and in. Saying it is "retro" is being too nice. The wallpaper is sloppy and old. The bathroom was sloppy with chalk. BUT it was clean and everything worked. There was no bathroom vent. I don't know if I have ever been in a hotel room without a bathroom vent. The windows are... More

Able to check in early, park and walk to the Summerfest grounds along the lakeshore. Basic room that was clean with the necessities. Hot breakfast included. Disliked additional $15 to park a second motorcycle we only used 1 car stall in the small parking ramp. Nice staff

The only good thing I can say is that the room was clean. Otherwise the front desk staff was slow and unfriendly if there is an issue with your stay. The rooms are old, worn and small. Stained wallpaper, rippled carpet, mold in bathroom...you get the idea. The bathroom had no space to put bathroom items. And the price was... More

I booked this hotel super last minute. So we check in and get to our room and we decide to rest a little before heading out to Summerfest. The next thing I know, my friend on the other bed sees a bug crawling on his pillow. Naturally, we all get up to check the beds and I found several bug-looking... More
