Me and my Wife was there to Celebrate our 21st Anniversary. We enjoyed every moment . The Staff was excellent. The room was Clean. We were Very pleased with all aspects of our Visit. The ladies at the Front desk were courteous and Good. Melvin at Valet was Very Good. And last but not least the lady who was running the Breakfast Buffet made me and my Wife 21st Anniversary feel so Special she was Amazing. Would Love to Thank her again at some point.❤️🙏🏾
My only problem was that the 5 days I was there not one time did anyone come to check to see if the room needed any service. The chech out and staff were a 1, especially the check in and bell hop. I did observe a hard working maid service of men
We stayed here recently as we were attending a wedding at the Milwaukee History Museum located across the street. The location was super convenient for the wedding as well as the day of exploring Milwaukee that followed the next day. It was walkable to several sites as well as taking in the River Walk. Check in was super fast and convenient which came in handy as we were running late. Room was well appointed and clean. We had a room on the 10th floor and our room was very quiet and we were able to get as much sleep as one can with small children.
Getting reservations took 3 days. The system was always down and they could not take my credit card until it was back up. Correcting the reservations on the phone before our arrival took 30 min. Arriving at the hotel, they were still wrong. No credit for our Hyatt accounts. Getting a hold of anyone while we were there did not happen. No extra shampoo. They said they were out. There were 2 hangers in my closet and when I requested a couple extra, to hang my business clothes, after the first call, they never showed up. When I finally went to the front desk, they called someone and then told me they didn't have any they could give me. Needless to say, we will not stay there again. One of the reasons we stay there is because they have the skybridge to the convention center but they have torn it down. They have some Marriott properties in the area we will try next time.…
This hotel needs a much needed updating. Very disappointed with the furnishings, linens, fixtures, carpet, lobby, and elevators. The one positive was the location to the venue of the wedding we were attending.
My room was not cleaned or given fresh towels for 3 days. I had to call the from desk late on my second day to ask for towels for the next morning. I thought surly I will be the first room on the list for the next morning. All day out of my room and still at 4 pm my room had not been cleaned. I saw the housekeeper and asked her and stated that my room was not on her list. She was very nice and cleaned it immediately which think she was about to leave for the day.
Cons: The bathrooms were gross. You can hear all the construction happening outside in the immediate area (May 2022). I would stay elsewhere. Perks: The location was great as it was only 5 minutes from the convention center and walking distance to river walk and many restaurants.
Our great experience started with valet parking. The gentleman that took care of us could not have been any more welcoming I mean he was wonderful! Check in was incredibly smooth the room was great! The bar staff were great, good old fashioned. The breakfast staff was very attentive. A great stay!
The hotel was very expensive for the basic rooms. There were ants in the room and the AC did not work. The breakfast was very expensive for a basic continental breakfast. The service was good though. Overall I would not come back
This hotel is so run down, dirty and depressing. Moldy, musty, dated. So badly in need of a renovation. The furniture was falling apart, stained ceiling tiles in the bathroom. The neighborhood around it is not great either. Please do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.
