If you're looking for a get-away in Wisconsin, plan your stay at the Maiden Rock Inn. Jennifer and Gary are exceptional people, going above and beyond to make you feel at home. Not only do they serve a wonderful breakfast, they welcome you to join them in their dining room or at their bar any time of day or evening.... More

First time here. It is an old school house so it has over 16,000 sq. feet. The rooms are spacious and clean. We went with some friends and we had the Aubergine room and they had the other on right next to us. Both were lovely and different in their own ways. We had the jacuzzi tub which was wonderful... This place is charming. The owners were delightful and even Audrey the dog was fun. I loved waking up in the bright yellow room hearing the roosters across the street. I agree with Annonymous the breakfast was odd. But it was deliciously odd.

I did not know about the Maiden Rock Inn until neighbors recommended this unique B&B. We decided to stay here one recent weekend when we celebrating my birthday with our daughter from the Twin Cities. We have been to some 50 B&Bs and this is the only one in a former schoolhouse, the only one with a sauna, and the... More

At the end of my mid-week one night stay at the Maiden Rock Inn I concluded that one night was not enough time to appreciate all this very special B&B has to offer. I drove away planning a return visit. My 5 star rating/review would likely echo the other positive reviews so I'll try to be concise. I loved everything... More

We stayed there a bit ago and very much enjoyed the setting. The only thing that was disappointing was the dinner food for breakfast. Roasted meat, vegetables and a starch at 9:00 a.m. on a weekend morning is not what we were looking forward to. There were no food options for those who did not want supper for breakfast

We stayed in the Red Clay room and had a chance to see each of the other rooms in the Inn. All of the rooms are fantastic. The Inn is the pride and joy of the hosts, Jennifer and Gary. They have taken an old schoolhouse and transformed it into an ultra-cozy, laid back, quaint, comfortable Inn. The hosts are... More

Really cool place; an obvious labor of love for the owners! I've never stayed anywhere else like it. Great location if you're looking for something in between larger towns and Jennifer's cooking is completely worth staying for breakfast! Yum!! Beautiful, eclectic space and a cute little house dog to play with if you are so inclined.

What a wonderful time we had with Gary and Jennifer. The charm and craftsmanship in each room is perfect. Gary is a master carpenter and stair builder and they have transformed this historic Brick school building into a warm and invite bed-and-breakfast. The food that Jennifer serves is extraordinary, and quite healthy, not boring B&B fare, we can't wait to... More

The owners transformed the town's original school into a massive Bed & Breakfast. You could spend hours walking around this building seeing all of the unique details, learning about the history of the building and getting to know the owners. This is easily the most unique B&B we've ever stayed in. Jennifer and Gary have an artistic flair and it... More
