We stayed at Yukon Trails, a Thousand Trails campground, while my wife went to Warrens' annual CranFest. I found that the camp sites were large, well-cared for and had 20-, 30- and 50-amp service. The campground has recreation areas will keep the kids happy, plenty of actives for adults. We will be back at Yukon Trails again for next year's CranFest.

Ralph, Anita and staff always makes us feel welcome and are eager to help when a request or help is needed. A cheerful campground with beautiful seasonal sites and a buzz of fun events every weekend. If it weren’t for Ralph and Anita taking the time to put extra value of importance in everyone staying the weekend and for the seasonals we wouldn’t know where else we would be. We absolutely enjoy the care they put in.

Very happy with the stay. I'd say shower stalls could use updating, but free hot water was great. I'd also like longer hours on Sunday, but gas station is close. Fishing pond wasnt very good for kids, too grassy.

So many fun activities for kids and adults including swimming, mini golf, fishing, hiking, biking, and so many more! Every weekend there's a campground wide event. Staff are great and work hard to keep facilities clean. I can't wait to go back again!

Very limited 50amp hookups and Trees make it difficult to manuver big rigs, trees that were cut had stumps left behind to deal with. No sewer hookups was a inconvenience given the cost to use a honey wagon made it undesirable. Forced us again to manipulate the tight narrow tree ladened roads

We stayed in the Sylan container tiny home with Petite Retreats in the Yukon Trails campgrounds near Wisconsin Dells! We really enjoyed the beautiful campgrounds! It was a fun way to enjoy nature but still have some of the great amenities that you’d have at home. Ralph is such a great host and so knowledgeable about everything going on at the campground and how they are supporting local small businesses and veterans. It’s extremely family friendly and we really enjoyed our stay!

The Barrett Container petite cabin, okay for pleasure, not necessarily for remote work. I decided to give the little cabin a try as it was close to my work location the next day. The website gives broad details, but I could not find out enough to be 100% on what I was actually getting but I’m one to give the unique a try. The cabin is cute, cozy, any other name you would choose for a truly tiny home. First of all, it was spotless, appears new and has air conditioning, a kitchenette with a compact refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker(though no coffee), cooktop and some dishes, utensils and a few pots and pans. For the business traveler: I reserved and checked in smoothly online. I arrived about 7 pm and the office was closed up tight. My key was in a well marked envelope by the office with a map so it was smooth as far as that goes. My Verizon phone had marginal signal inside and I was not able to get connected to the pay internet available inside the container and with the office closed I was a bit stuck on that one. It is listed as a queen bed, and by size is reasonably accurate. But it is an exponentially firm futon mattress. I’m only 5’6” and fit it well solo, a couple or tall person would find it cramped as it doesn’t lay fully flat. The cabin includes linens and towels, but no toiletries that we are accustomed to, shower soap and shampoo, though there is liquid hand and dish soap. These may be available in their office/shop, but I arrived after hours so cannot comment. As the photos show there is not a desk in this cabin. Outside there is a picnic table, a few chairs and a fire pit. The cabin is in a group with four other larger container cabins. None were occupied so it was very quiet, so quiet I choose to play some white noise. If it wasn’t for the bed, I think this would be great fun for a vacation, but for a quick business stay, I think one would prefer a standard hotel.
