We spent one night here in this out of the way, small town motel. The room was quaint and clean, quite and the bed comfy. What really stood out was the friendly service and the pool area. The pool was clean and inviting and the whirlpool was fabulous! Best of all was the shower in the room, it had the strongest pressure I ever experienced! We will stay again in the area.

This motel is located in the small town center of Iron Ridge, Wisconsin. There is an Iron Ridge Restaurant located close to the motel. Their in-house continental breakfast wasn't available. The room was nicely furnished, but the furnishings were not new. All rooms have a microwave oven and refrigerator. You can pick up coffee by the desk area. There is no coffee maker in the room. The rooms are very reasonably priced and clean. For the handicapped, you will be provided with a seat to sit in the bath tub. There is no walk-in bath tub or walk-in shower. Also the motel brochure states that pets are not allowed. Downstairs there is an indoor swimming pool and a whirlpool in a well heated and steamy room. Currently I do not believe it can be used because of Covid 19. All in all, if you are traveling in the area and want a reasonably priced place to stay that is clean and secure, this is a good place.…

Very nice, clean and updated motel. Had a decent swimming pool with pool table in the same area. Walking distance (literally across the parking lot) to the Iron Ridge restaurant or the Stand (sandwiches & ice cream). Would stay again in if the area and needed a place to stay.

My husband is working In the area and I found this motel online. I came to visit for 2 days and the owners have been very accommodating. Very clean motel, not a lot to do right in town but a lot to offer within 15 miles.

This place was a close to Hartford as I could find when I visited the Auto Museum in Hartford. It is an older place that still uses real keys for the rooms. The room was neat and clean with modern amenities. As it is in a smaller town and away from a busy street it was also very quiet. In addition, would possibly be my choice if I were visiting Horicon Marsh.

Stayed here with friends during the Iron Ridge picnic. Its just a short walk to the picinic, so we didnt have to worry about driving. Breakfast was pretty decent, very nice pool area, all in all a very nice stay.

While we could not be to picky for where we were, it was not a bad place. It was a pretty clean place with microwave, refrigerator, etc. The paint in the bathroom was a little rough as after your shower you could see it peeling off the wall in places.

This was the second time we've stayed in this hotel and it's just a nice place to lay your head when weekending near Horicon Marsh! It's not a 5 star, but it's well kept and clean with a few nice amenities. There's a great indoor pool with a whirlpool and pool table and arcade games right in the hotel. Everything is in good condition, though the building is an older building. They seem to work hard on keeping everything in good working order. The room we stayed in was the kitchenette. There's only one kitchenette, so book this early. It's got everything you need, full size appliances and dishes and pots and pans. This room even has its own deck! For the very inexpensive price, it's a great place to stay!

The staff was very friendly. A doorbell is out to ring when the counter is closed. The pool and hot tub is very nice with bathrooms and showers near the pool. The rooms are adequate in size with the sink outside the bathroom - helpful when getting ready. It is rustic, as other reviews have mentioned - typical for Wisconsin small town and vacationing areas. Breakfast is free; lots of pre-packaged goodies (little Debbie's etc) along with bagels and bread. I would suggest a protein option of some sort would be nice (egg, protein bar, yogurt, cheese maybe - it is Wisconsin, after all). Speaking of which, there is a great little ice cream and grill place across the parking lot - worth checking out. Overall, a nice stay.

Nice small hotel with pool. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. We wanted somewhere close to Horicon marsh and this was affordable and close. They offer a continental breakfast, however, it is only juice, coffee and donuts. There are other places to eat within walking distance.
