My husband and I stayed at the Greenway House Bed and Breakfast in December 2020! We were overwhelmed by the beauty, elegance, charm and overall comfort of this B&B as well as our room, the Sherwood room. It was the most beautiful and charming place we have ever stayed. Beautifully decorated and so warm and comfortable! Our hosts Candy and Paul were great fun and offered so much in the way of history of the home and their lovely town. The breakfasts that they cooked were outstanding! Fresh Fruit Parfaits, Avocado Toast, Eggs Benedict, Cinnamon rolls....YUMMY! It felt like we were staying in a beautiful mansion with family! We are excited to go back in the Spring/Summer of 2021 and stay there again! We cannot speak highly enough about our hosts and this incredible B&B!! This is a “MUST EXPERIENCE” place to stay!!!!…
I was sad to have only one night to stay! The place is beautiful, with charming decor. The location is near the town square and is very close to the lake. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delightful! I will definitely be back.
We enjoyed our time at The Greenway House Bed & Breakfast. Breakfast was great. The room we stayed in, Sherwood room, was beautiful. Paul and Candace were amazing hosts. We will be sure to stay there again.
My wife and I stayed at the Greenway House for two nights in mid-October and loved it. Our room (the Daychola) was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We also enjoyed the wrap around porch, which had great views. The location of the Greenway House is fantastic - close to the lake and walkable (especially in nice weather) to downtown Green Lake. Candace and Paul were excellent hosts, very welcoming with lots of good recommendations of places to eat and things to see. The stand out "feature" of the stay was breakfast, which was delicious! Real five star quality meals with fresh fruit, eggs benedict, French toast, etc. They also accommodated my wife, who is gluten free. We very much recommend staying at the Greenway House if you are in Green Lake.
We had a terrific getaway weekend in Green Lake at the Greenway House B & B in the last week of September 2020. This Queen Anne Victorian house was built in 1880 and has multiple suites and a cottage. We stayed in the Sherwood suite which had a king bed and was fantastic. The house itself houses a vast variety of antique funiture and pictures. The house is beautiful inside and the grounds are gorgeous. Upon arrival Candace gave us a tour of the house and our suite. Their gourmet breakfasts were delicious. Paul and Candace were very gracious hosts and made us feel like family. This was our first visit to this B & B and plan on returning in the near future. We highly recommend this B & B. You will not be disappointed.
