I stayed at the Hotel J Green Bay enroute to and from Egg Harbor. The rooms are spotless- clean. Front desk people are the nicest you can imagine. Shuttle to and from the airport was perfect. I will definitely stay here again.

I understand this is not a high end hotel, but at least be nice to guests. Place is a little worn out, as is the front desk attitude. My family will not stay here again, and we travel to the area quite a bit.

The staff is great and so is the rooms, the breakfast is nice as well the only problems I had was that the breakfast guy is very rude having attitude towards the people getting breakfast mumbling all sorts of swear words yelling at kids who have autism overall very rude guy otherwise all was well

Just stayed at the "J" for the first time with family for the Packers/Bears game and found the "J" an excellent value all around. The rooms, although small, were fine- good beds, clean and secure. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The morning breakfast buffet was adequate but limited - but great for the price. Good location. A few restaurants and bars in walking distance as well as a municipal bus stop nearby.

Have stayed here since Hotel J was known as the SettleInn. Always just overnite to catch an early morning flt out of GRB. Rooms are clean and adequately furnished. Amy at the front desk was most helpful in assigning a room that met our 'filters' and lending us an umbrella to walk over to an eatery nearby. The hot breakfast was average, but delicious all the same. Welcomed in this ongoing period of covid. The shuttle to airport was excellent in all respects.

The rooms are clean, staff is very friendly. Good price and a great location near the airport and Lambeau Field. Nothing fancy but very comfortable, will definitely stay there again when I'm in the area.

Upon entering the room we noticed a strong smoke and mildew smell. The front desk said they were full up and couldn’t change our room. We asked for a fan to pull in some fresh air, but they said they didn’t have one and offered us air freshener spray. My husband went out to buy a fan and we had to keep the room door propped open and the fan in the window on a very hot day. The next day they still didn’t have a room and we were told we would not be refunded if we left. (We had made a 3 nt. reservation on Booking.com) By the 3rd morning my mold allergies were so bad that we just left and checked into a different hotel (Americinn on Manitowac Rd, which was wonderful!) Upon calling Hotel J later to see how they could make it right they only discounted the 2 nights we stayed by 30%. Not good enough in my book. They made our weekend very unpleasant and unfortunate. I would not go back. If you do go, avoid room…

My wife and I stayed here two nights prior to going on a vacation for 5 weeks last March 2021. We were on their "park and fly" program. Reservations took very good care of us. We had a very comfortable, clean and nice suite. We were able to walk to one of our favorite restaurants! Our vacation was Great! When we came back, I had to return to work right away, so was not able to comply with the stay over part of the "park and fly". Hotel J said " No Problem---we will not charge you"! Wow! Aside from that they pick up the Taxi ride from the airport which I tried to pay for!!! Yes, we are returning here next March for our next "Adventure" Thanks So Much!!!

Hotel was clean. I was offered a bag with breakfast items as I had an early morning flight. The staff very friendly with check in. The most comfortable pillows. I had a great night sleep and asked the following day where they ordered there pillows from. They provide a shuttle to the airport nearby. I wish I would of used it.

We stayed in the Woodland Suite, absolutely adorable; we loved it, but apparently the night we chose to stay wasn’t for us! That night we had people out on our private patio outside our suite being very loud, knocking on our patio door, the fire alarm was pulled by teenagers and drunk people were throwing glass bottles off a balcony!! The hotel was great, the experience wasn’t! We barely slept, and when I tried to call the front desk 3 times between 10:40 pm and 3am no one answered!!!
