For a cheap stay this place was great. I didn't have high expectations from the price but this place was super cozy and the an suprisingly large room. It's a bit outdated in the bathroom and the TV was a cheapo. But for 60 bucks a night, it was just fine.
This is the second time I have stayed here. The owners and staff are always friendly, accommodating, and I was honored that Mary, one of the owners, remembered me! The rooms are very clean and larger than most hotel rooms, and I have slept very well here. Sure, it could use some updating, but so could my house, and for the personalized experience and price, it’s easy to overlook any perceived shortcomings. This is my go-to place to stay in Eau Claire.
A motel built probably back in the 50's with some updating. It does have a good location on and off US 53. Also close to lots of restaurants. Adequate for a nights sleep and always clean plus parking lot for a boat if your towing.
Front desk staff was super friendly, room was clean, walking distance to a great pizza place, Dragonettis. It was just a quick overnight but it was super convenient located at the intersection of Hwy 53 and 12.
We love the old time ambiance and the owners are absolutely wonderful people they really went out of their way to take care of us. We are new to the are and needed a place to stay and Mary and Kelly told us about the town and what were the best places to visit.
