Don't expect a typical 2018 hotel, you will be disappointed. If you're looking for a super interesting piece of history to show your skeptical teens this place fits the bill. It is old and strange but that's part of the charm. Because we were a family of four we couldn't stay in

I stayed here because it was close to Gov. Dodge State Park. I was in "Sherwood Forest". It was gross to the point that I considered sleeping in my car overnight, but since I had already paid way too much, I decided to try and stay inside. The room itself was in the basement, and

We stayed in the Cave Room for a night. My wife is a writer and her present book involves a person that lives in a cave. Thought a night in a cave would get her imagination going. It worked. But the Inn itself is just a fun place to go and the staff there are so accommodating.

I stayed here for one night as part of a longer road trip. It was such a unique place that I just had to do it for the novelty. I rented one of the moon landing theme rooms. Most of the theme rooms are downstairs, and it was a little creepy going down the stairs and all the way t

I am looking into booking one of the fantasy suites for my husband and I. I want to make sure i get one that we can enjoy one of the big tubs in together. We have been to one and the tub was a pretty standard tub size and he is about 6'6" so that dosent work for us. Any suggestions?
The Casino Suite's whirlpool tub was quite large-not at all a standard size whirlpool tub. You and your husband would fit comfortably in it.

I am looking into this hotel. But I get the feeling from the pictures that the rooms may smell"damp" or "moldly" and it looks a bit outdated ......
The look may give the sensation of dampness, but they are very clean & comfortable. We had a family gathering there in the winter and I did not hear any complaints. The "woodsy" decor seems to fit in with the area-Gov Dodge Park, the rolling hills, & the outdoor beauty. Hope you give them a chance.
