The B&B rooms are in the basement, which smells musty. Guests were not provided with new soap (only unwrapped, used bars of soap were provided), hair dryers or clocks. The owner did have fresh flowers in the rooms, but then also provided a few almonds and an unwrapped half bar of chocolate on a small plate, covered in plastic wrap. The... More

The B&B rooms are on ground level and have patio doors leading outside. I'm so sorry you experienced a musty smell. I make every effort to provide adequate ventilation. If there is a pleasant breeze, I open the patio doors and windows. When doors and windows are closed, a dehumidifier runs in one room and the 2nd bedroom's dehumidifier runs... More

This was my first B & B experience and I will certainly be back for more. I almost drove past the house nestled in the woods. It is certainly peaceful, quiet and very dark at night. Living in Chicago I think that I had forgotten how dark the night can be, The room is comfortable and the house is welcoming.... More

The hostess is very welcoming and eager to please. The vista off her back porch where we enjoyed breakfast and tea in the evening was stunning. We could see rolling hills, a red barn, stars aplenty at night, and hear the song of a variety of birds. We sat together and enjoyed one another's company. We feel that the couple... More

My husband and I stayed at this B&B for four nights during a July 2015 trip to Spring Green's marvelous American Players Theater performances. The setting is gorgeous and our room, separate private sitting area and private deck well appointed with a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom with large walk-in shower and excellent wi-fi, a rarity in this part of... We were there for a romantic getaway. Imagine our surprise, when we got little privacy, small amount of food for our breakfasts & dead flowers in our bedroom & bath. When we 1st arrived, Marcia wanted us to watch TV with her & her friend. For breakfast on our 1st day we had 2 pancakes with a few bananas on... More

Rooms smelled musty along with my clothing after this stay. Girlfriend used the small whirlpool tub. Jets blew ice cold bubbles. Sauna wasn't working. Fried eggs and daily crumbled burnt bacon. Served to you on a dirty plate. No heat, no fireplace, no wifi, no free cable. No privacy, no microwave, and no dining room lights. We should have stayed... More

We stayed 2nites. I wanted to warm my cider, when I got there, but there was no microwave. The owner of the B&B warmed it up on the stove which was fine except I saw her stick her finger in it. She wanted my boyfriend & I to watch the election debates with her. We declined. She showed us are... More

We spent three delightful days at the Enchanted Valley B&B, our base for visiting family and friends and traveling the back roads experiencing the fall colors. Marcie, a new found friend in the lodging business, made our stay relaxed, pleasant and memorable. All I can say is that breakfast was excellent, the coffee superb, the treats unexpected and the value... More

My husband and I had the extreme pleasure of spending the weekend at Enchanted Valley this past weekend and we already miss it! We are vegan and had reached out to our host, Marcie, beforehand. She went ABOVE and beyond to accommodate us. She greeted us with fresh juice and cookies which was such a lovely treat after our 5... More

The hostess, Marcia, was very friendly and thoughtful. We had fresh flowers and chocolate waiting for us in our room when we arrived. The breakfast was amazing and served to us out on a patio area with a beautiful view of the valley and farm land. It was very peaceful and relaxing there and we would love staying again.
