We had a wonderful stay. Super clean room and an amazing breakfast! I have always loved little rural motels, but this is an elevated experience. All the coziness and hospitality of a b&b, with the convenience of parking right outside your room door. And the very best value in the area!
Everything was great with our stay. The Glen Loch Inn is almost a mix of retro motel and B&B. The room was average size with a smaller bathroom, but was very comfortable and immaculately clean. We slept well...good mattress! Water pressure in the shower was great and the towels were fluffy. Breakfast is a real treat! A nice home cooked meal that consisted of Eggs Benedict, fried potatoes, sausage, little cinnamon pancakes, fresh fruit, juice and coffee! All served in the cutest cafe room decorated in a musical motif. The inn is only a mile from downtown and the Leinie Lodge so location is good too! Why stay at a chain hotel when you can stay here? Appreciated the extraordinary hospitality, especially during these trying travel times.
This is a simple place, I had a small room, but that's all I needed. It was very clean and quiet the 2 nights I was there. The breakfasts were very good and the owner was very willing to help. The shower head was adjusted to support someone 6 ft tall, the whole room seemed to be designed for about that height, max (I'm 6'3"). A fine place, easy access to the city etc. just manage your expectations.
We had a wonderful stay at the Glen Loch Inn. The accommodations were immaculate, the owner is friendly and knowledgeable, and the homemade breakfast is to die for. Right across the street is the Irvine Park where we spent a lovely morning. Highly recommend.
Great stay, wonderful homemade breakfast in great atmosphere. Close to many attractions, northern Wi state fair, irvine park which has one million lights in the christmas season. There's also locally brewed Leinequegels brewery and tours.
