Cashton, by far is my favorite place in Wisconsin. I love being surrounded by the Amish, the beautiful landscape, and a relaxing restful evening at Ages Past bed-and-breakfast. We have stayed there three times. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds and pillows very comfortable. The front porch with large chairs is a great way to sit back and... More

This is a well matained, beautiful old home, but what makes it special is the owners. Super nice people, who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast was stellar! The B&B is close to LaCrosse, and the Kickapoo River, a great canoeing destination. The back country roads are great for motorcycling.

Wonderful hosts to this unique B and B. If you are looking for sleek and minimalist this may not be the best choice. But if you go with the flow, it is a comfortable, almost baroque venture into the Victorian world. Again, great hosts and delicious breakfast. Also lots of information about the community and activities. I never knew that... More

We spent one night there in July. We stayed in the Swan Room which was clean and neat. Breakfast was good and is homemade. We had our own private bathroom which was not connected to the bedroom. The owners are very friendly and provided good service.

Driving up, the house and location right on the main strip wasn't all that impressive at first. For some reason I had pictured this house being more rural from its website picture. But, that first impression soon dissipated & turned to excitement after meeting the innkeepers and getting a tour of the home & amenities. Deb & Dan are very... More

My husband and I stayed at the B&B overnight the weekend of June 13, 2015. The house is lovely and quiet, the hosts are warm and welcoming and the breakfast is outstanding. We will certainly stay there again when coming thru Cashton

While on our Staycation in Monroe County, we were able to tour the Ages Past Bed & Breakfast in Cashton. Owners Deb & Dan Smith have owned the location for the past year ( perhaps slightly more) and the attention to detail in this lovely home speaks to a fantastic experience when looking for a home base to explore Amish... A gem in this small community, Ages Past is a quaint & cozy inn & the innkeepers were extremely personable, welcoming, & accommodating! Would highly recommend this B & B to others & hope to come back (& bicycle the Elroy-Sparta trail nearby again). :)

What a Magic country Inn this is, run by 2 extraordinary wonderful people who love to pamper their guests and make them feel very special. The inn is elegantly " Old world "and very affordable in its price. The mouth watering gourmet breakfasts each morning we will never forget. We stayed 2 nights in a well appointed suite that had... We were in Cashton for a family reunion and decided to try something different! Ages past is actually the former Sacred Heart parsonage. I was a part of this parish for the first eighteen years of my life and had been in the parsonage a few times. It has been transformed into a beautiful stately mansion. We were made to... More
